GoogleI brought my first home through exact and had Freya to guide me through everything. She never made me feel stupid, always kept in contact and made me excited throughout the whole process. The whole office is just super lovely and get things done! So happy that my seller sold through them and if I ever needed anything in the future they would be my first choice

She communicated clearly and supportively to ensure all parties were comfortably progressing in the right direction. GoogleXact homes were fantastic. They were highly professional, efficient and responsive throughout the whole 4 month sale process. Lexley Higgins was an absolute star and the Lynch pin between us , the buyer and the solicitors . We cannot thank her enough for all the help she gave throughout the whole process. All the staff were 100% responsive and professional and went above beyond to help . Big thank you also to Laura for the superb completion day help ! We definitely couldn’t have done it without you! We have bought and sold several homes over the years but never experienced such an excellent customer service and expertise as we have from XACT homes . I couldn’t recommend XACT highly enough …they truly are the best . A HUGE thank you to Lexley for her patience, professionalism and support .
