GoogleSimon and his team have been brilliant selling my partner's Mum and Dad's home in Solihull for us. It was sad as Guy's parents had to sell as they are in a care home, so it was a traumatic time for us, but Simon dealt with everything, even showing potential buyers round the house so we didn't have to be there. The sale went through without any hitches, so thank you, Simon. We recommend anyone to choose Simon if they want a true professional to handle things for them.

GoogleExcellent Service throughout the whole process. Simon and the team were very attentive at every step of the way. Things can get challenging throughout the process of purchasing and selling. Our initial sale fell through, however the quick response from Simon and the team meant the property was back on the market within a matter of hours, with viewings lined up quickly. We were always informed of what was happening and kept up to date. Would happily use Simon Burt estate agents again (although we love our new home so in the nicest way we hope not to use them)

House went on the market on a Monday, due to the high demand an open house was organised for the Saturday, 12 people came through, 3 made offers, price obtained was exactly what we were hoping for! If you want to sell your house the team at Simon Burt and most definitely Simon himself get the job done. We also had some requirements specific to our sale, which Simon handled just as we wished. We felt he was realistic, straight-forward and reassuring. GoogleHaving dealt with Simon and his excellent team six years ago when we purchased our first property, they were the obvious choice when it came to selling up and moving this time. From start to finish their service has been first class - with a particular mention for Susie from sales progression, who had to do a lot of chasing and hassling of solicitors on our behalf at various points! From first meeting, we were impressed by Simon's positive, calm, reassurance. We achieved the price he recommended and he found a buyer very quickly.
