Simon provided an excellent, professional service while remaining genuinely kind and considerate of our circumstances. Communication was top-tier; Maddy and the team never left us wondering what was happening as we received regular updates. The sale moved quickly and efficiently. GoogleSimon and his team were professional from the outset. We received excellent service, with the sale of our property. Simon knows the market and area well, whilst being realistic and having a sound understanding of the current climate which had been difficult in 2025/26. The marketing was second to non and the photos taken to advertise the property showcased what we had created. His sales progression team liaised with all parties at every opportunity right up until Completion, followed by calls of congratulations and best wishes. I would highly recommend the use of Simon Burt - The Estate Agent.

GoogleSimon and his team were just brilliant from start to finish, they sold our house in less than a week. Having moved a few times I’ve experienced estate agents of varying quality, these guys are head and shoulders above everyone else. Simon went out of his way to get the valuation and photos done in days to enable us to secure the new property. I can’t thank them enough for the speed, quality of listing and overall help and support we had. Very highly recommended!

GoogleRight from the beginning, I was so impressed with the sale of my property with Simon’s team. The best Estate agents in Solihull by far. They were very organised and efficient, and the personal touches they applied to everything were just incredible. I was kept informed throughout and the communication was excellent. Simon personally was involved throughout and Charlotte in sales progression was so helpful. Dawn was a pleasure to liaise with. I have never come across an estate agent so dedicated, professional and skilled. They really go above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Five stars plus from me!! Thank you so much for everything. Don’t ever change!

GoogleI would actively avoid. The sales progresser is unable to ‘progress’ anything it appears. She is not good at answering or returning calls. However, she is very good at writing rude/derogatory emails. There is definitely a need for training. So in summary, unprofessional; rude and incompetent.

GoogleI recently purchased a property through Simon Burt The Estate Agent. The experience from viewing the property to exchanging contracts was very positive. The staff are very professional and managed the process well. I would particularly like to acknowledge Lorraine Gazeley a Senior Sales Progressor who did a great job of helping us navigate a way through a few challenges we had with the conveyancing process. Lorraine was very focused on keeping things moving in the right direction and updating us on a regular basis. Without Lorraine's tenacity I don't think we would have got the process completed in the time we did - Thank you Lorraine! GoogleSimon and his team have been thoroughly brilliant throughout the whole buying process. As a first time buyer I embarked with trepidation to be fair, especially after having not had a great experience with another agent just beforehand. Simon conducted the viewing, and was clearly both knowledgeable and passionate. Once the offer was accepted I dealt with Lorraine who has been great essentially juggling communications between various parties and keeping pressure on to move things along. GoogleAs the buyer, you are always a little concerned that the agent is primarily interested in working for the seller. How wrong I was. Simon Burt and his team (Maddie, Dawn and Lorraine) in my case, have literally been the glue that has stuck this whole transaction together. I have dealt with so many estate agents in my time and this is the only time I have seen such a balanced approach to both the seller and buyers needs. Maddie was incredible during the initial negotiations and secured the offer, Dawn was like Superwoman with almost instant responses to emails and other information, and Lorraine in Sales progression..... icing on the cake. She worked tirelessly to resolve any and every issue during the final stages and helped the sale get over the hurdle. Now seeing as I have only just purchased my property, I won't be moving any time soon.....but when I do I will not hesitate to use Simon Burt. Their work ethic and consideration to both sides makes them the best agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Definitely recommended!

GoogleWhen I had to sell my property in Solihull I tried one Estate Agent who was recommended by someone in the housing market industry but I soon found out that it was the wrong choice as they were not getting people through the door and this was prior to the Covid pandemic. This prompted me to carry out my own research which I personally carried out thoroughly and I chose Simon Burt Estate Agents and consequently met Simon Burt at my property and straight away I could see I was working with a professional within his field of expertise, he was very customer friendly and has a passion for the work he carries out on behalf of his clients, I felt as I was a part of the Simon Burt family as his attitude and demeanour was exceptional and exemplary. Simon and his team got people through the door without any problem whatsoever and went on to sell the property and all was in place, this was also with being kept informed by his professional team on a consistent basis on everything I needed to know. We waited through the Covid shutdown for the buyers, but they unfortunately could not complete, so my property went on the market again and Simon sold it within 7 days and all is now complete. I would like to thank the Simon Burt Team and in particular Lorraine Gazeley, Ellie Cleal and Dawn Parsons. GooglePeople often get carried away when choosing an estate agent focussing largely on price and popularity but it is the completeness of approach of the team at Simon Burt Estate Agents that sets them far beyond their local competitors. I cannot stress enough how significant the strong approach to Sales Progression should be to a choice of appointment. A house move of course starts with a sale and ends with the payment but it does not get from one to the other easily or calmly without this important interim phase. Simon’s communication was excellent right from the initial request for a valuation visit and he was very clear who from his team contributes to each phase of the process. We felt very confident in the hands of Simon and Maddy as they organised the photos, property listing and conducted viewings. This felt like the best possible start we could have had and was soon proven when interest was maintained within weeks of the listing despite a national lockdown. Having an offer accepted is a big hurdle in the process but it is this point through to completion that can really drag and become incredibly frustrating. Lorraine was invaluable in facilitating communication up and down the chain, with estate agents and solicitors. She went consistently beyond the standard call of duty to maintain progress and we are incredibly grateful for her high standard of work.

GoogleSimon Burt The Estate Agent acted as agents for the property we have recently purchased. Excellent service from start to finish. We had the original viewing with Simon himself and it is clear that as the owner, Simon is very hands on and involved in all parts of the business which clearly adds to the service you receive. There is a real personal touch when dealing with this agent and certainly this is the only agency we would now consider in the future should the need arise. For us the real highlights were: - Personal and informed service from Simon directly -The chain became very complex higher up but we always received prompt and informed communications from Lorraine which we were very appreciative of -On the day of completion, Simon personally bought the keys round to us for our new house (completely unexpectedly) to save us having to go out of our way and come to the town centre office to collect. A really nice touch that highlights that customer service is always central to how Simon Burt operate. Cannot recommend enoughPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSimon Burt and his team are quite honestly the polar opposite of a certain estate agent i reviewed in 2019. They are an honest, professional, knowledgeable team and understand the housing market. There is no bluster or flannel about Simon's' manner, just genuine interest in the customers needs as a vendor and when looking for a new property. Reasonable rates, no long contract times, and a friendly team who pull in the same direction. Forget about the large chain estate agents, they still have the old fashioned stigma attached, instead go for a smaller but more capable business like Simon Burt. GoogleSold in 24 hours for the asking price. SB Estate Agents were first class from start to finish, offer accepted end on August 2018 in our new house by early December 2018. We instructed Simon in late August 2018 and, on the first day the property went live we had two viewings that evening. the first people who viewed the house made an offer for the asking price. Simon, Maddy and the team at SB Estate Agents have been a pleasure to deal with, very professional, excellent service and great to deal with. SB sell houses, plain and simple.

GoogleSimon and his team provided us with a very good service. Maddy took some really good pictures of the property and we were very impressed with the quality of the listing. There were plenty of visits from perspective buyers. Feedback was not always received but the team appeared diligent in chasing. Although we dealt with several people over the course of our sale the service standard was maintained. Sherri was very efficient in sales progression once an offer was accepted. I would recommend Simon Burt to others.
