Everyone who we worked with throughout the process communicated with us so well, kept us in the loop and chased our buyers regularly. I've never had confidence with previous estate agents over the years hosting the viewings but I felt completely at ease with Simon Burt. We would highly recommend them.

GoogleExtremely professional and fabulous service, we started selling with Simon Burt following Lock Down and were apprehensive about selling our home during the current pandemic however the staff were fantastic, even with some staff working from home the communication was near perfect. Ellie in sales office was great at keeping us in the loop with potential buyers appointments and feed back. The viewings team were meticulous with their before and after cleans when the viewings were taking place making us feel very safe. Once a sale had been agreed the sales progression team were fab with Lorraine going above and beyond to help us keep to our tight chain deadlines and making the whole process as smooth as possible. They came back to take additional photographs at our request without any fuss. This resulted in an offer that was made and accepted within a week! A very smooth transaction. We purchased this property from Simon 7 years earlier which was also a pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble, quick responses from Simon and the team at all hours! The initial valuation and consultation was friendly, informative and no pressure. The marketing of the property including the imaging was of an excellent standard. They sold out house in the middle of the pandemic with ease and professionalism. Our house was sold really quick. The whole team from Ellie to Dawn and Simon have all been really great! I moved after 15 years and don't plan on moving yet but if we do Simon would be the person I will be going to. We purchased our home through Simon, again the whole process was done efficiently and ran smoothly. They absolutely brilliant!!

GoogleProperty sold within 72 hours of going on the market to the second viewer. While it could be argued that’s because my house was lovely, the sale would never have completed without Simon and his staff going above and beyond to get and keep the chain and my useless solicitors in order. This is what sets Simon Burt apart from other estate agents, they are small enough to care and fight your corner but with enough know how and experience to be successful. If you go with another local agent or national chain, on your own head be it, I’ve dealt with many over the years and would never use a different agent.
