I took the opportunity to get an online valuation. I thought it was probably low and a routine follow-up telephone call from Purplebricks of a personal valuation. This confirmed my thoughts plus I had made it clear that there was not looking to sell at present. I had a very pleasant no hard sale visit With confirmed that the online valuation had not taken into account a number of up selling issues.

GooglePurplebricks is a great business model sadly let down by weak leadership and a 'can't be bothered attitude.' I complained and was told I can expect to wait 15 days. Not for a resolution but 15 days just to get a response. Not acceptable. Not acceptable at all. Sam Mitchell! The buck stops with you. Sort it out. 15 days. I don't think so.

GoogleWorst estate agent I've ever used. In order to use my own solicitor I had to pay an 'Admin fee' of over £300. Ridiculous. The local agent was great until I had a buyer then was extremely difficult to contact. I had to organise access for the EPC engineer and the buyers valuer even though Purple Bricks knew I worked away from home and the house was empty. Speaking to the buyer recently the local agent has still not handed her set of keys over, about 9 weeks after completion. I am about to sell another property and will use a local agent. The bill for Purple Bricks was around £2000. Very expensive for a poor service.

GoogleI set up a viewing and the seller nor agent pitched for the viewing. This was a waste of my time and petrol. This agency has become far too automated and not people focused. The automation system even asked how my viewing went which the agent nor seller attended. I arrived at the house and no one was home neither did the agent have the courtesy to call to cancel the viewing. I do not recommend this agency. Automation is all good ecomonically to save costs on a business but unfortunately the seller has lost my offer and the agent has lost my commission, future business and referrals.

I was on the purchase end of a property being sold by PurpleBricks. It was not a good experience - PB don't really seem to do anything.

Google3 times in a row iv been stood up by purplebricks in mansfield, when I first called he wanted to value my house over the phone, dunno how that would work ? But when I insisted that he comes was just the starts of 3 separation failure to arrive, so im going elsewhere bye.
