If I could leave no stars I would! The Doncaster branch has been nothing but incompetent as a letting agent! This appauling service has been going on for several years. The staff don’t care about the tenants or the landlords they are supposed to be acting on behalf of. If you use this company with its inept and careless staff you are certain to have nothing but problems which you are paying the privilege for. You have been warned!

This is the worst and the most incompetent letting agency. My property manager is off 70% of the month. And the days she is in she only responds by saying leave it upto me. And that’s all.. the issue is left with her and she doesn’t do anything about it. None of the employees would get back to you even after promising a call back including the managers. They simply don’t care what the tenant is going through.

Bad customer service and incompetent - their rental properties are overpriced (obviously). I was paying £750 a month (now being let for £870) to stay at 97 South Gyle Gardens in Edinburgh. The building was more like a drafty caravan and it has a really bad damp problem. It also has rats which chew the waste pipe of the toilet which floods your bathroom creating more smell and damp.. The damp smell ruins all your clothes and belongings as it is near impossible to get rid.The staff are 'mostly' very arrogant useless pepole.Having to deal with the incompetent estate agents and staying in that property was genuinely the worst experience of my life.Please advise avoid at all costs.

THE worst company I have ever dealt with! On top of this at the Eastbourne branch they lied, didnt respect what was agreed, 0 management... etc, the list is long. And the bottom line is: you don't need an agent like this to rent a property anyway, you will end up a lot worse off. It is quicker, easier and cheaper to deal directly between landlords and tenants. Nightmare company. Do not use.. Can’t trust them an inch. Incompetent, cheating, obstructive and zero customer service. We were with them for many years as they acted as my letting’s agent. Then the Torquay office closed due to some fraud. So was “run” from Exeter. This is when the nightmare began.This meant they stopped doing any house inspections, didn’t fix the smoke alarms or faulty mains for over 2 years after were told needed doing. Tried to charge 5-7 times normal cost for any repairs. Then when told we were changing companies, got nasty and openly made up claims, got obstructive, refused to help in any way. We asked each year if rent should be increased. They always said no, would be too much. Then did so behind our back and did not pass on to landlord. This went on a few years until we got other quotes which were much more in tune, cost us a fortune. Similar to their sale estimate, was 40k adrift from reality.

These guys are real low rent, Their communications to tennants are borderline passive aggressive and their handling of the end of tenancy left much to be desired. If you are looking to rent a property avoiding this company is a sound move which you will not regret.

Contacted the stoke on trent branch spoke to Ben long long story short they lied ha sky partner sent all her details and identifications etc just to be told she cannot get the property the person Ben never once responded to our emails this company is straight up liars and scumbags!!!

Totally unreasonable company, especially the lady call : Alisha Clarke she was so rude and so unknown what’s happening. I booked to see a flat for rent in Guildford last Monday they booked me in for next week as they said: Haven’t got a key to get earlier. So on Saturday just 2 days before my appointment they cancelled. I did try to speak with the lady in meantime, but she pretended wasn’t her so i call them back again and managed to speak with her. Without any reason she said: Sorry the house is not longer available… When i asked her why didn’t call me earlier she said: I don’t know but the house is not available. Miscommunication with the other staff, really rude a d really unprofessional people. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !

Never rent with these!I rented a house with my partner. When we moved in, the garden bin was full with non garden rubbish along with 2x fence panels, broken glass and other 2 bins were also full. I told the agent about this and they promised to remove it. They only removed the fence panels. When we moved out, the company tried to take £100 for the bin being full, the door handle coming off and having 2 lightbulbs instead of 3. I told them about the door handle as I was stuck upstairs and there was no fire exit for I had to break the handle off. The bedroom door handle also broke. They are inconsistent and we only got the deposit back because we said we were going to go to the DPS if they didn’t.One lady was very rude to us and told us we had to give the keys back in before 12 on the 10th November otherwise we would be charged an extra day despite me telling them I could drop them off around 2 because I work from 9-6 and only get my break at 2 and my partner works 7-8.Now 2 months after moving out, they are still being a nightmare. They are disputing the council tax despite the fact I have proof of the date I moved out. I’ve gone to the ombudsman. Never go with this company! However if you absolutely have to then photograph and document EVERYTHING! Because they will try to go back on their word.

ZERO STARS!!!! Being told you can't view/ rent a property because you don't work FT, despite the fact you have over £50k in the bank, can prove your salary with payslips and bank statements and offer to pay 6mnths rent upfront!I'm fortunate enough to be able to not work all the time and as a high earner l'm being penalised/ discriminated against!Absolute pathetic, as was the repeating of" can't arrange a viewing" over and over again from the staff member!Ask you're bloody Landlord if they'd like 6 mnths rent upfront ( accompanied by the evidence of income/ financial stability to back it up)Discrimination as it's core!

If I could give minus 5 stars I would, I’ve never met such a cowboy estate agents in my life. I arranged for change payment date and got locked out of my email as people do forget passwords when you get a new phone… the company then failed to alert me there was an outstanding balance and instead issued me with an eviction notice right before Christmas. P1ss poor communication and blatantly ignoring several basic maintenance requests for example having a safe boiler and walls that don’t leak! Oh and by the way you won’t even get a name of your landlord nevermind a face to go with it.

This office needs to be shut down. I entrusted them with some properties and as soon as the contract is signed then all they do is take comission and have no idea how to manage anything. They are a complete waste of time. They put in very bad tenants who ruined the place and just said "claim on your own insurance" upon check out when the whole flat was trashed beyond belief. All they do is send emails spilling bad news and taking no responsibility for lack of their own capabilities. When the check out comes around they rip you off by not returning the security depost. APPALLING - HOPELESS - INCOMPETENT

FALKIRK BRANCH - phenomenal customer service. Consistently kind. Always happy to support. Quickly handle issues & get the job done. Feel valued as a tenant. The most extensive inventory I've seen by any letting agents, and happy for you to edit & add until satisfied to sign. Whole team consistently worked on my behalf everyday when Scottish Power left me without power for 7 days. The Falkirk Team were persistent, their communication regular and their proactive positive attitudes made a massive difference. Complaints with carpets were handled with respect and made a priority - multiple tradesmen booked for a quote. New carpets ordered and fitted quickly (new lease of life in the flat).

I have no doubt that this company needs to close. I suffered so many Rude, patronising and unreasonable comments. They are not professionals but torally unreliable ...do not use them at all. The government gave too much power to landlords. Enough is enough!
