Great letting agency. I can't praise this team enough. They keep up top date with letting me know what's going on in my properties, send me the required HMRC paperwork on time and are thoroughly nice people to deal with.....a real 5* company for once :-)

GoogleI would avoid John Shepherd like the Plague. Rarely return calls and emails. Customer service is shocking. It's unfortunate you have to select a star rating because they are not even worthy of 1 star. If you want to be messed around, be uninformed, not have your emails and phone calls replied to then these are your people, otherwise, i would go elsewhere.

Really good customer service from start to finish. Rickie who dealt with my queries and lease of property especially. Rickie understood my circumstances and went above and beyond to help me to secure my flat rental. When collecting keys he was professional and helpful and made sure things ran smoothly and kept in contact through the process.

GoogleVery rude, they booked me for a viewing for a flat 4 days away then on the day of the of the viewing rung me and told it was sold, 2 hours before the viewing. Very bad estate agents wouldn't recommend!

GoogleI rented a property with John Shepherd (Solihull) for almost 2 years. We actually had a really good experience and maintenance requests were dealt with in a timely manner. Upon checking out we received our full deposit back (minus the check out fee) though we did spend 2 full days cleaning the property to make sure it was faultless!
