GoogleAppear personable. 1 star only given, because our solicitors tell us that they did not carry out important instructions at time of completetion. Why this happened I don't know. John Sheperds have not even responded with a full explanation, the only response was from one of their sales persons. I would not use them again.

Can’t fault Drew at all to be fair. Nice bloke, consistently kept in touch, wasn’t pushy; very friendly and genuinely helpful. Was good following the move in as well and has so far stayed in touch which I rate highly. Would recommend.
