GoogleWe had a viewing with John Shepherd recently. The house wasn’t the right one for us, but the experience of dealing with the estate agents was great. Tom got back to us very quickly and managed to accommodate our limited availability. He was also really helpful on the viewing itself. His knowledge on the property was excellent, but it was his knowledge of the local area that really impressed us. Great experience, very professional.

One of the worst letting agent!! Never ever get any repairs done in time and gives complete ignorance even to urgent issue!! Never rent out from them!!

After a particularly difficult tenant left our property, Shepherds stepped in to sort out dilapidations, expenses attributed to tenant and arranged refurbishment of the property. An extremely stressful six months, was managed in a sympathetic and professional manner by the Shepherds team. The successful outcome was entirely their achievement. Cannot thank them enough.

Lovely to work with when getting you into a property, as soon as you're in you'll be abandoned. If you flag something up for maintenance they will ignore you unless you refuse them access when they want to enter the property. Will absolutely rip you off when returning deposit. £110 for cleaning after you clean the place top to bottom. Leave it a mess and at least you'll get your money's worth.

GoogleThe worst estate agency I have ever dealt with. Very unprofessional and customer service is beyond poor. One of their agents never turned up for a property viewing, I kept ringing their agency and they did not answer my call. He had my contact details, yet he did not have the decency to give me a call to rearrange or apologise for not turning up. I would give them 0 star rating, if I could.

They didn't tell the tenant they switched off the gas and he was without heating and called me at 10PM We agreed on discounted price to find a tenant but they went back to their usual prices AFTER not very professional and doubt will use them again
