GoogleVery unprofessional treatment of prospective tenants. I have arranged a viewing early this week and have been told that the earliest possible date is on the Monday next week due to the current tenant being absent. Then saw the same property being already let agreed three days later the same week, even before the supposed earliest date for viewings. I asked the agent and was told that the existing tenant has arranged her friend to take the property and they got the flat instead. Clearly this agency applies differential treatment, there are applicants more privileged than others and seemingly don’t have to follow the procedure outlined for all other candidates. I also wasn’t informed of this by the agency.

Appalling service from this lettings agency - our original agency transferred hands so I was expecting a step up in our service but absolutely nothing happened. They are withholding our deposit without real reason and I would prefer to just be done with this agency altogether.

I've been with John shepherd as my letting agent for 18 months now, I've had an excellent experience with them as a staff team and as individuals. My property manager is called Lauren and she is brilliant! Nothing is ever too much she's always there to help and drops us an email every now and then to see how we're getting on, I can't speak highly enough of her! 10/10 would recommend using them

Great experience from the moment I first called, arranged a video viewing within minutes, and then straight forward process to getting our new property. Lily, Megan, Junace and I think Connor all gave a positive experience and made life very easy. Thank you all for your help and support to finding our dream new home. GoogleUseless company, their colleague Paula told me she would send me an application to fill in after the viewing as they were being viewed the next day by the landlord…..she never sent them and would not return my calls, would not recommend. Waste of time

I had a viewing with Lily last Tuesday and put in mine and my partners application for our desired property straight away. Within the same day, we had everything sent to us to process and a week later, everything has gone through and been confirmed! It has overall been a great experience, communication was amazing throughout with fast responses to any queries/concerns. The service we had has been outstanding and we couldn’t have had a more smooth and straightforward process.
