GoogleA company that fails to communicate effectively with prospective clients. My son’s application, (which needed a guarantor) had been accepted and was being processed. An issue was encountered with the guarantor paperwork which was rectified and acknowledged via email as being successful but the company pulled the plug on the application within 24hrs of notifying of the issue. ( he was 2wks into the application) My son ( aged 18) is in-between accommodation and was staying in a hotel in the interim so that he could continue to work and earn money whilst waiting to move in on the date which had been arranged. Up until 24hrs ago he was completely unaware of any issue. He is now homeless and potentially has to leave his job unless he can find a place to live within a week. My son called to investigate to be met by an obnoxious member of staff. A terrible experience with this company. Landlords use someone else and tenants don’t waste your time.

This company is a scam. They fail to respond to basic requests, they make threats on which they deliver, and offer atrocious basic services. Frankly I'm suprised they're still in business and can only imagine that the positive reviews are posted by their staff members.
