The preparation of the marketing brochure, photos, a walk through commentary and video with drone footage presented the property to full advantage. Natasha did a very professional job of accompanying viewings and answering many potential purchasers questions.Harry in particular was a key player in managing the chain in a very calm and professional way. He reported progress with the other parties involved,with significant advice, on a regular basis. This was against a tight timetable. My experience with John Shepherd is my first real experience using an estate agents, I saw a listing pop up and got in touch the very next morning they booked me in for a viewing immediately and the two people (can’t remember their names I’m afraid!) were so lovely. After putting in my application I then got contacted by Sana, she was amazing from start to finish. I was having troubles with getting my work to reference my application and it kept falling through due to miscommunication but Sana remained patient and efficient which was helpful as I was stressing out. I would definitely recommend the John Shepherd team in Solihull!

Moved to one of the property managed by John Shepard and they assisted very well. Lily was the one who showed as the apartment and she helped us through out the process from the start till end. We are thankful to Lily that she waited for us as we were late on the day of key collection. Thats so generous of her and she is supporting us in the tenanacy period as well.

Exceptional Team Member

Lauren Wood is exceptional in her role and an asset to the Cannock Branch. During the cold spell before Christmas we had a burst pipe in the roof which rendered us homeless. She was quick to start sorting out the problem. I was continually kept updated by phone and email on what was happening regarding repairs. Lauren showed us kindness and empathy throughout and we appreciated that she endeavoured to make a horrendous time more tolerable. We can’t thank her enough.

Need help to unwind contract

Dear all,I need help. If anyone has any advice please feel free to leave your comments.Since moving in three weeks ago, I have discovered that 1. the main door was difficult to open and close, 2. one of the light was damaged (not bulb), 3. the bed mattress was damaged, 4. the carpet was full of dust with dark spots, 5. one of chair was broken, 6. wardrobe has big whole which is also broke, 7.the toilet is smelly.I’ve waited for two weeks to get fixing, but nothing changes until now. I want to unwind contract and deposit back because when discussing the property agent stated [that it is well-furnished with professional cleanness with professional inspection].I signed the tenancy agreement on the basis of the misleading information I was given.However, agent didn’t agree to unwind (even no apology), and I’m still waiting agent to provide landlord’s detail.Except property ombudsman(I’ve submitted), anything else I can to to report this fraud?

The Sutton Cold Field team namely Julie & Leah are shocking at customer service, with holding our deposit for no reason due to their inability provide us with a inventory of the property and accusing my partner of not handing a key when they have now "found"it as it was simply not handed in by their office team members. When you call they dont answer for a day and when you email there is no response either. I will definitely not recommend sending them any money as they are NOT trustworthy. Stay clear, I will not be sworn either, the manager of this branch is shocking!!!

I was initially with another estate agent but due to their incompetency, I moved to John Shepherd. Jordan was excellent in communicating with us in selling my house. They managed to find 2 buyers but unfortunately they pulled out at the last minute which was no fault of John Shepherd. Nevertheless, John Shepherd continued to work hard and found a reliable buyer within a few weeks.Natasha Watkins dealt with my sale and I have to say she was brilliant in answering my queries and communicating effectively. Our last tenant has been absolutely…

Our last tenant has been absolutely horrendous. He has done nothing but try to harrass us and left us with a filthy dirty house and if it hadn't been for Leah (Martindale) I don't know what we would have done.Leah has been an absolute star and stuck her ground with him which must have been so difficult considering how he spoke and treated her.
