No complaints for once! We liaised with Megan Johnson who made moving into a new rental property less stressful than previous experiences with estate agents. She was on time to our viewing, knew the property and was responsive throughout.

They didn't tell the tenant they switched off the gas and he was without heating and called me at 10PM We agreed on discounted price to find a tenant but they went back to their usual prices AFTER not very professional and doubt will use them again

YellAwful communications and ways of doing business
Awful awful lettings. They accepted my application for a rental, then didn't return my calls about it. Turns out they had been waiting for a better candidate to come along. Very very immoral. Really bad about communicating. It's not nice to mess about with people's livelihoods and place of residence and further make them feel like a bad person. Now I have to search for a new home.

Repairs that were highlighted before my tenancy started were not completed before I moved in. This is still ongoing over 3 wks into my tenancy. Had to report the same repair several times via the website instead of it being passed to the relevant contractor for completion.

Very professional but lots of paperwork and statements are not clear to a newbie.Set up included lots of direction towards certificates, sign offs (smoke detector) and insurances- not sure which were needed and which were up selling.Staff always willing to answer queries and always pleasant and friendly.
