We found Jack to be a very honest agent during the time he was working with us on a potential house purchase. We didn’t end up buying the house but he wasn’t pushy with the sale or feed us the usual ‘waffle’ that some agents do. He did all he could to overcome the objections that we had on the property and would highly recommend him when buying or selling a house.

I can't compare them with other estate agents I have used before in terms of advising, caring as well as guiding. I will be always using them whenever my property is empty. I met Megan on one of the viewing of the houses. She was very professional in her dealings and was very welcoming. The best part was that she was available to be reached during office hours through her cell phone, and made in person viewings possible during covid times a well.Even though i didnt ended up renting the property from john shepherd but i will definately be recommending her to my circle.

I wrote a scathing review last week but must now apologise. I thought that it was the agents who were at fault but it has now become apparent that it was the landlord's mis communication that was the problem. Lauren managed to sort out the problem and get our full deposit back for us.

One of the worst letting agent!! Never ever get any repairs done in time and gives complete ignorance even to urgent issue!! Never rent out from them!!
