GoogleOur house buying and selling experience has been dreadful. Our experience with many estate agents including ours has been stressful. However, I can not stress enough how wonderful, helpful, patient, kind, professional and understanding Esther from EB&P estate agents has been. Should we ever go through this experience again, we would sell with Esther and hopefully buy a house from her also. Thankyou Esther for your patience, kindness and understanding.

The process was efficient and highly effective. We benefited from their relationships with professional photographers and surveyors which provided an end to end service and yielded prompt results. Without compromising their role as our agents, their client service to all parties in the transaction really was second to none from start to finish - flexibility, empathy and professionalism. The fact that both us and the buyers both only have positive feedback is evidence of that! We would certainly recommend EB&P to anyone, and hope to work with them again one day soon.

They took time to understand the property and kept me fully informed as to each viewing. Once an offer was excepted they provided an active roll between both solicitors, the buyers and myself until the completion. Esther and Lucy at all times consulted fully with us and kept us up to date with all developments. Esther and Lucy genuinely care about service and it translates to action - we received exceptional service right up until completion. Despite there being some challenges throughout our sale (nothing to do with EB&P), they responded immediately and didn’t stop until resolution. Nothing was too much trouble and their communication and responsiveness was outstanding. Very high integrity and hugely professional but also made the process fun (who has ever said that about a house sale !). Highly highly recommend.
