GoogleI’d have no hesitation in fully recommending Esther and her team. I’m so pleased with my decision to use them. They were extremely professional and personable. Throughout the process (only 10 weeks to completion) they kept me updated and informed. It was more than apparent that behind the scenes, they were doing everything possible to achieve a smooth and prompt sale. I’m confident that by using EB&P I maximised the price achieved and secured a quick sale through their services.

GoogleGreat estate agent, the best we have ever worked with. After a couple of tried and failed attempts to sell our house with other estate agents we appointed EB&P in the spring of 2025. Hannah and Millie were on the case immediately and arranged viewings with the right kind of buyer. Super knowledgeable and extremely efficient and professional with every interaction we had with them. Would highly recommend.

GoogleThroughout a very protracted purchase process due to grant of probate being required before purchase could be completed Millie proved to be very supportive and helpful from the first time we viewed the property to the day we completed. We have been lmpressed with not only her professionalism but also that of EB&P and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any buyer or seller. At all times our emails and queries were dealt with efficiently and promptly and when the process became a little fraught Millie was a coming influence.

GoogleWhat can we say, from initial contact and valuation to completion of sale both Esther and Millie were both highly professional. No request was too much, everything done in a timely manner. Communication frequent and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them, in fact I have to friends and family who are all equally pleased. They don’t keep “traditional office hours” so are often in touch even when others are unavailable. Extremely personal service and made our move very easy indeed. THANK YOU.

Once sale was proceeding, all of the team at EB&P were on hand to efficiently liaise with our buyer in addition to all solicitors involved. GoogleEB&P are not your average estate agents! Esther and Millie provide a highly personalised and extremely professional service that doesn’t stop when the sale is agreed. From our initial meeting, through assembling the marketing material to the ongoing level of engagement and input/advice throughout the sale process, Esther was superb to deal with and highly responsive to both us as sellers and to our buyers. EB&P work proactively and diligently with solicitors on both sides of the transaction to ensure everyone stays fully up to date. In a world increasingly full of mediocre, EB&P are next level and go above and beyond expectations. Keep up the superb work - we would highly recommend!

GoogleSelling a property is rarely easy and selling an empty property from afar is even harder. The team at EB&P were a huge support throughout what proved to be a rollercoaster sale; with several buyers coming and going. Their communication has been excellent. Through the whole process Esther and Millie were in regular contact, with my father and myself, by email and phone, keeping us up to date with interest and progress. After one buyer dropped out, they reworked the sales details to try to reach a wider audience and they updated our Rightmove listing with different selections of photos to keep the property fresh. When we needed to get cleaning or work done to the property they helped us source people; and when we got our eventual purchasers Esther worked hard to ensure the sale went through in a timely manner. Always professional and reassuring I can’t thank them enough for helping us through this process.

GoogleDespite being the buyers of the property Esther was selling we often felt like she was working on our behalf. We had many challenges on the journey to buying the property (including two sales of our property falling through). Esther was always on hand for advice, to mediate with our lovely sellers and to sympathise with all the issues we faced. We appreciated her proactivity, patience and support, as she helped guide us through a difficult process.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service - i sold through a different agent but bought through EB&P I had a horrendous sale, Millie kept me sane throughout, wonderful friendly service I would not have got my wonderful house if it wasn't for Millie, she was absolutely brilliant she went above and beyond every day to keep me informed and chased up everything for me even though she wasn’t actually my agent, I cannot recommend this estate agents enough - Thankyou very much you are amazing - Tina xx

GoogleEB&P were absolutely fantastic in handling our sale. Our buyers were from overseas and Esther and Lucy were great at making sure the process ran as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. In particular, EB&P have an ethos of great communication, which meant they were always on the end of the phone (or an email) which provided both ourselves and our buyers with much reassurance. Would not hesitate in recommending EB&P should you be considering selling your home.
