Esther and her team have walked me through each and every stage and none of my very many questions were ever too trivial. They got to know my home making the viewings easy. GoogleThis Estate Agent was acting on behalf of the vendor in relation to a house we were purchasing and all I can say is that their agent Lucy Cullen was amazing and helped us through what can only be described as a stressful purchase. We didn’t have a property to sell but if we had we would certainly have used these knowing what we know now. Lucy was a star from beginning to end going above and beyond what anyone could expect from an Estate Agent. Well done EB & P.

GoogleWe’ve had a really fantastic experience right from the beginning of showing interest in our new house. There was never the feeling of a pressurised sale and Lucy has a genuine passion for what she does. She was extremely thorough and committed throughout all aspects of the purchase over the last four months and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly from communication with solicitors to liaising with the sellers about things such as their cleaner and furniture they were leaving. She was always in contact about progress and updates and made herself available late into evenings, even letting us know when she was on a day off, but still keeping us abreast of proceedings. When we picked up our keys, she came over to the moving van to wish me luck and showed a personal interest in our family; things like that go a long way. The welcome gift of champagne for our new home was such a lovely and appreciated touch. We highly recommend EB&P on a personal and professional level; a faultless service.

GoogleEsther is a total pro. Her team have been fantastic when it came to selling my house in Barston. She understands how to market a property, but also appreciates style, taste and design and matches that with the right buyer. My house sale was so smooth it was new unbelievable. Not only does Esther and the team get to understand you as a client, they really do go above and beyond to show you properties you may not have considered as well. There are estate agents and then there is Esther and her team. Well connected, professional and not pushy. Esther is not “salesy” whatsoever - she is honest, and has your best interests at heart. From day one we were impressed by the professionalism and personal attention you don’t find with larger agents. Any calls or messages were returned promptly even at weekends or out of hours. Their service continued well after the sale, liaising with solicitors and our buyer. Showing them around for a “FIFTH” time when we couldn’t be around. We can’t recommend them highly enough

Esther was highly efficient and professional in the way she kept the momentum of the sale going and dealt with all queries in a timely manner. They provided sound advice throughout the process whilst still being willing to listen, discuss and be flexible in their approach to marketing and negotiation. We found them to be very professional, trustworthy, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. GoogleOne of our clients bought a house through EB&P right in the middle of the COVID Pandemic. Our client had an extremely tough time with their mortgage application and at times we thought it may not happen.
