GoogleEsther provides a completely different level of service to all other agents. The level of communication and updates on the sale of our home has been absolutely second to none. Not only did she negotiate our deal but also dealt with solicitors in a timely manner. Helped our purchasers with questions outside the remit of legals and stayed in regular and frequent contact with us throughout our selling journey. It is a bespoke level of customer service that is completely worth every penny. Thank you both for all your hard work. I would recommend EB&P time and time again.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of meeting Esta today. The meeting concluded with our agreement to sell our house through EN&P. What stood out over all the other high end agents was Esta’s understanding of the current market, her professionalism, presentation of other preterites they have sold and her firm and realistic view on our property. Whilst others had valued our house higher we felt that they were just tying to get our business because they promised big numbers both in value and people on their books. We have learnt from selling many properties over the years that in the main these are just sales tactics, which more often than not lead to little viewings and one having to reduce the price down the line. Esta put us under no pressure, made no promises and valued the property in line with our own realistic value.

GoogleWe were incredibly impressed with Esther Broomhall & Partners. They took the stress out of selling a property and we had to do remarkably little. Esther copied us into everything but took responsibility for everything. They didn't repeatedly ask for long lists of information that I have experienced with estate agents in the past. I felt that they were doing all the hard work. Whenever I had a question I was greeted personally on the phone, rather than having to leave a message, and always in a really friendly manner. I recommend this company very highly.

GoogleEB&P handled the sale of our home in a very friendly and efficient manner. They kept us updated throughout the whole process either by email , WhatsApp or telephone. They carried out all the viewings and gave us feedback promptly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We have moved house five times and have never had a an estate who was so helpful and provided responses to any issues or questions so speedily. We would highly recommend EB&P and would have no hesitation in using them again ourselves the next time we move.
