Buying a house is one of the biggest stresses of a lifetime, but Rav at Dm&Co made the experience such a pleasure with fast, efficient and very friendly communication. I can’t pin point one thing that made the service so much better than the last time we moved many years ago, but it was genuinely a pleasure with Rav. The chocolates and congratulations card on completion just summed up how lovely they try and make the experience for you.

Ann sold my late mum’s house for us and it was a rollercoaster journey. Ann was always determined, professional and helpful, she would answer texts late in the evening and and weekends. At times, I’m sorry to say, I was a bit short with Ann because of the dilly dallying of our buyers but she pulled out all the stops for us and got the deal done, with plenty of humour too I have to say.

I listed my house with an agent and quickly regretted it! I called DM& Co who expertly took over, everything was arranged very quickly and efficiently.The viewings were well managed and resulted in an excellent offer being made and accepted.I had to leave the uk for Australia, and left my property in their very capable hands, a bit nerve wracking for me as we hadn’t exchanged, but It was expertly managed for me, communication was excellent, and I was reassured if I ever felt concerned. The lawyer they recommended Elaine Townsend at Eric Bowes was excellent, All in all my experience was first class.Special Thanks to Ann Wood and Victoria Stuart (Solihull) for all their care and attention and helping me keep my faith in my property, they were ALWAYS positive, returned calls promptly if not available and were always kind and courteous.The quality of photos and online details were also superb, the photographer was excellent.

We were delighted with the professional service received from the team at DM & Co, Cranmore. Peter has a wealth of experience, he gave us impartial, realistic and up to date advice in advance of putting our property on the market. Ann Wood, Emma Chance and the team including Amy and Victoria provided great communication and progression throughout the sale process, maintaining continuity within the team. As a result any queries were quickly resolved and everything was completed smoothly within very reasonable timescales. This provided reassurance during a difficult, stressful time for our family. Perfect experience selling my late mom’s lovely bungalow through D&M. From the valuation and exceptional marketing to the expertise and professionalism of Ann’s handling of its quick sale at its asking price. The management and communication of the chain to a successful completion is where most agencies tend to fail from my experience, but Ann and her team gave me complete confidence they were up to date with the current situation and their communication was superb! DM & Co is a very pleasant company to deal with. Ann Wood, in particular, made the whole process of selling our house as smooth and as seamless as possible. From the first viewing to the date of completion took 12 weeks. Once the offer was accepted, it took 8 weeks to complete the sale which I think is impressive in the current climate. Ann is a good communicator and has a warm personality. She was always available to answer any queries. Peter and Victoria were helpful too. Thank DM & Co for helping us to sell our house. We received an excellent service.

We can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic service we got from the Sales team, in particular Kathy and Lisa. They explained and advised us on the optimum way of securing a great sale price and kept us fully informed along the way. We secured a sale very quickly at a price we were very happy with. When we moved on to ‘the Sales Progression’ team we did experience some poor communication issues but after registering our concern this was rectified. So all in all we’d have no hesitation in recommending DM&Co.
