Moving for the first time in 34 years !

We are moving for the first time in 34 years and so the choice of estate agent was fundamental to making the scary process manageable. We had had some contact with DM&Co over years for a variety of reasons and always found them approachable and very professional so choosing to work with them was an easy decision. Matt has been our lead contact and has held our hands very well so in the process…he is ably supported by the team and a special mention for Emma who has managed the paperwork part of the process brilliantly. Making a potentially challenging process easy to follow and get sorted - BIG thanks! Couldn't have asked for a better estate agents

We decided to use DM&co, as we thought Peter was extremely good at guiding us through the process of selling a house and gave us a very realistic value of our home. We were then assisted by Emma and then the photographer and floor planner were extremely professional and friendly. From then on Anne was our point of contact and helped so much in dealing with problems, to make sure the sale progressed. Everybody at the firm we dealt with were very professional and friendly. I was told selling your house can be seriously stressful so i was over the moon with how our experience panned out. Ann was such a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She sold our house before it even went on the market, we were pleasantly surprised and then it was all systems go. We decided to also go with one of their recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors and both provided excellent service throughout the process. Ann’s commitment, support and friendly service from start to finish was really appreciated and another reason why if we did sell again we would be calling her up in a heart beat.

I have now sold and also brought a house from D M and Co in the last 6 months! Perfect experience both times! Special thanks to Rav my estate agent for getting my house across the line! Extremely professional and a highly knowledgeable individual. It’s nice to have someone helping you with buying a house who also is very logical in their way of thinking going backwards and forwards with the vendor for me. I have been really pleased with how D&M handled everything from start to finish. The marketing was spot on and brought in the right tenants quickly, but what stood out most was how smoothly the whole process was managed. From agreeing terms to move-in, everything just flowed without any stress or chasing on my side. The inventory was particularly thorough and well put together, which gave me real confidence that everything had been properly recorded and looked after from day one. Chiara, Steph, Evie and Gabrielle were all great to deal with, clear, responsive and on top of things throughout. What an absolute gem of a team! They made sure the finer details didn’t get missed and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. The account keeping is also superb with handsoff management. The communication is also fantastic, where the team also informed me back how satisfied and happy the tenants are in the house and neighbourhood, that says a lot. DM & Co were initially the agent for the house we wanted to buy and we were selling with someone else. But in fact we then swapped agents to sell our house with them too, and throughout the process, their interactions with us were always thorough, timely and so helpful. Great company, great people, great service!

We had a wonderful experience when selling our property in Solihull via DM&Co. Ann Wood was our agent together with assistance from Victoria who did everything to ensure that our sale happened, it went smoothly and kept us up to date at all times. Most noticeable quality you experience with DM is the personal touch in a world where, with time & financial restraints that's becoming rare. They have time for you. The Team at DM&Co have been wonderful from Start to Finish, assisting us with the whole process of selling! We were looking for a bigger house for our growing family. After looking at various houses with various agents, we settled on one we loved through DM & Co.Being in the middle of a chain, we knew things would take a little longer. DM & Co. were always willing to help and answer any questions that we had. In particular, Amy, who was our point of contact kept us updated and was very helpful with all our questions. Definitely the best Agents in town!!

I cannot recommend DM & co and particularly Evie Law highly enough. Although we did not get the house we originally applied for, due to our difficult circumstances, she didn't just leave it at that she found another house for us that did accept us (unlike a number of other estate agents we had dealt with) She is extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process of renting really simple and really quick. Evie always made sure that we had regular updates and answered all our questions as soon as she could. All the staff that we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. Should we ever need to move again they will definitely be our first call.

Great service buying a property from DM &Co Homes

After deciding in spring 2024 that we wanted to relocate to Knowle / Dorridge from London, we contacted DM& Co Homes and asked to see some properties to see what we could get in the area. Amy from the Dorridge office was very helpful and arranged to show us several properties in one go across a couple of Saturdays. She quickly understood what we were looking for and helped us to find a property that was exactly what we were looking for. She managed the negotiations very well and we secured our ideal home at a good price. She remained supportive and communicative throughout the whole purchase including when our first buyer pulled out (through no fault of our own) and she managed to keep the vendor on side. When move day came we got caught up in a traffic jam and missed the opening hours of the office, but Amy went above and beyond and kindly dropped the keys to us on her way home from work. We were very happy with the service that Amy and the rest of the team provided, and we'd definitely recommend them to others.
