Ann magic..

We have had quite a journey.

We have had quite a journey with our house move. We had Ann from the Solihull office helping sell our house. The market was very sketchy when we started selling and received a wide range of valuations. Ann was down to earth and told it like it was which was refreshing. When we did sell she was brilliant and communicating between ourselves and our buyer to ensure the deal went through. In addition we bought our new house through DM & Co via Rav at the Dorridge office. Again, Rav has been brilliant at helping us buy the right house and ensure the deal went through. We have a few properties and I have always tried to let them out ourselves after being stung by nationwide agents. It has always been massively time consuming and always littered with errors due my lack of letting knowledge. So we decided to try an Independant estate agents to see if the service was different and I will now never go back! Kate was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She communicated well, helped me to sort out all of my certificates, didn’t shout at me when the house key wasn’t left when I promised it would be, did all of the paper work and, and this is the best bit, had my house let out in just under 2 weeks! I dealt with a lady named Rav the Experience From the very beginning was professional. Rav explained with some rationale the state of the market and advised a lower price than the previous Agency, handled negotiations professionally and kept me informed at all times.The selling experience was made much more pleasant due to the way it was handled and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending DM and Rav in particular. A nice touch at the end, a personal card and a box of chocolates!!
