TrustpilotFirst time buyers - couldn't have asked for a better Estate Agency
DM & Co made buying my first house a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. We were always kept up to date and felt supported throughout the whole process. We also took advantage of their mortgage broker, who for first time buyers made mortgages/finances a lot less daunting! Great local company, who unlike other larger estate agents, made sure to give us 100% of their time and support. Thank you!

GoogleGood Company but bit careful with these guys as they simply increase too much rental price than the market price, no strong reason to keep the price up😂 …

We had great experience with DM&Co for our home purchase. In particular with Kathy (G). She is kind, friendly and very professional. Good communications throughout and always prompt response to our enquiries. She really think on our behalf and We had a friend like feeling while engaging with her rather than as a sales agent... Five Star without doubt.

TrustpilotNot what you expect
These positive reviews are suspect. Bad experience buying from them. Caused friction between the vendor and myself. Overvalue properties giving false hope
Dear ‘P Hall’ - thank you for your review, I’m disappointed with it, not least because we have absolutely no record of having ever done business with a ‘P Hall’. Please think before posting in future. I’m on 07595903811 should you wish to discuss this. Regards, Dominic

TrustpilotEnthusiasm and expert marketing
We chose DM and Co because of their enthusiasm, expert knowledge, and strong focus on dynamic marketing. The marketing was really excellent and attracted a lot of interest from active buyers. Their staff handled the sale extremely well, were very responsive, and kept us informed at every stage. We were very impressed with their service throughout.

TrustpilotWhat can I say about MD & co
What can I say about MD & co. MD & Co is the only estate agent I'd recommend to anyone who plans to sell or buy a house. I have experienced many other estate agents but none like MD & co, they sold my house within a MONTH when others couldn't within a year. MD & Co is great. Thank you for all your help. Amy

TrustpilotDM&Co - Sale at Ulleries Road, Solihull
DM&Co. provided us with excellent service at each stage from home valuation to completion. Their personalised approach made the viewings and the sale go to plan. Olivia, Dan and Gareth led us through the process and we have sold our house at a full asking price. They also recommended a solicitor who was very good.Overall it was a pleasure to deal with all at DM&Co!

I used DM&Co to get a market valuation done on my property as I'm about to put it on the market for sale. I have been really happy with the service so far - Dominic has done everything he promised he would and has been really reliable, professional and friendly. I have no reservations in recommending them as I have already to my friends and family.

TrustpilotProactive and efficient
We instructed DM & Co to sell 2 houses for us. Matt began searching for prospective purchasers as soon as we placed the instruction, resulting in people wanting to view the properties before they were even listed on rightmove. We found DM & co to be proactive and friendly to deal with. We would recommend them highly.

TrustpilotWe chose DM&Co as our agents to sell …
We chose DM&Co as our agents to sell our late Mum´s house because they are local, offered a personal and competitive service. I interviewed three other representatives from larger companies but Olivia impressed me. Gareth and then subsequently, Ben have been extremely good communicators which, especially for us as we live abroad, has been essential. I would recommend them without reservation!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
