TrustpilotThank you so much to everyone at DM & Co
Thank you so much to everyone at DM & Co for the speedy, efficient and professional service with which they handled our recent sale. We were initially considering using an internet company and so glad we didn't - you still cannot beat the service of a good Estate Agents, and DM & Co ticked all the boxes. Thanks againNick & Eileen Powers

DM & Co delivered what they promised without a contract clause. All the staff were not only professional but very respectful and always available for any questions. In particular the communication skills and regular updates from Daniel Brookes whom I mainly dealt with was exceptional. From past experiences DM & Co would be the only estate agent that i would be comfortable to recommend.

I was very pleased with the service that I received from DM & Co, in particular from Ann who was involved in the actual sale and Daniel who followed up on progressing the details leading to exchange and completion. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and in fact have already done so to some friends who are considering moving.

My wife and I were very impressed by DM & Co. for their professional approach to marketing and selling our property. Both Olivia and Daniel did an excellent job. Spacial thanks has to go to Olivia for going above and beyond the line of duty to look after our interests and support my wife and I throughout the whole process.

Recently sold my house with Dm and Co. Excellent service throughout, in what is a difficult world and market place at the minute. This was a massive move for me to move closer to my son and I will always be thankful for the guys who made this happen at Dm and Co

TrustpilotFriendly and helpful.
Lovely people to deal with , always pleasant and helpful even when they are really busy . I dealt mostly with David and Ann both of whom always rang back if they said they were going to which is more than my solicitor did. I would recommend them to anyone .

TrustpilotSmooth service
We purchased our first home via DM&Co. From arranging the first viewing with Ann and the second with Debbie, to collecting the keys, everything ran smoothly and quickly, which was especially reassuring in our situation. We were offered help with all aspects of buying. We'd be very happy to buy another DM-managed property in future.

DM and Co were a pleasure to deal with very professional, updates after every viewing. All the staff were helpful, we moved from another agent after 6 months as we had had no offers. Once DM&co took over the sale the property was sold within a few months. Can highly recommend this company.

Although I didn't purchase a house through DM & Homes, I was very impressed with the way I was kept informed of any houses for sale in the area I wanted and the price range. Should I move again, I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

TrustpilotTimely and Efficient; well worth a call
I contacted DM&Co when looking at options with my property; they carried out a valuation and ran through everything I needed to understand. Every aspect of their service was delivered in a timely and efficient matter. In the end I decided against selling my property, however would thoroughly recommend DM&Co's service to anyone who's considering it.

TrustpilotProfessional until the end
Professional until the end, DM & Co. were represented by an agent called Daniel. He showed an in depth knowledge of the property we wanted to buy along with local area information relevant to our needs. This was key to our decision making process which in turn resulted in a sale.

TrustpilotD&M Estate Agents are a cut above
D&M Estate Agents are a cut above all other agents... they give feedback on each viewing without being prompted and also respond quickly to email and telephone enquiries too. They kept us fully informed of the sale as it progressed. We would whole heartedly recommend them.Mr & Mrs Richmond

I would definitely recommend DM & Co Homes. Had initial meeting with Olivia who said they could sell my property within 4 weeks and they did just that! Great customer service through regular communication. Gareth also very helpful and friendly. So much better than other estate agents i have used!
