Fantastic...

We were recommended this small estate agency and we were originally apprehensive about using them at the time, and considered staying with a larger well known company, however I am so glad we stuck with them. With these guys you get such a fantastic personal and one to one approach that many of the other companies lack. Each viewing there was always someone with me and there was always a friendly voice with each of my stressing and numerous calls. I did order them with so many calls!!! Not once did they show signs of annoyance from my persistent questions which I had received from the bigger well known names. And how fast and hard they work!!! 3 offers within as many days! Despite previously being with a larger company who hadn't even got the ball rolling within a week! And it doesn't just stop once they have your money, the after care is second to none and I honestly cannot fault them. Hopefully we won't be moving elsewhere for a while but would not look to use anyone but them if we do! Thanks so much for helping such a stressful and manic time be so easy and smooth.

Excellent Service

We had a really excellent service from DM & Co throughout our recent house purchase. Daniel was key in chasing up the vendor and driving through the sale. Highly recommended.

A great job on a very tough chain!

We bought and sold simultaneously through DM & Co, and we're glad we did. Whilst Dominic dealt with the early interactions, it was Daniel who largely kept the show on the road (though Ann and Debbie also were a great help throughout), even despite some wobbles at other links in the chain. We love our new place, and they did a great job on every front. If we ever move again, we'll be using this company again.

DM & Co

DM & Co. offer a fresh new approach to their market place. They are not only efficient and thorough, they will hold the hand of the client from valuation to sale completion. My family have used DM & Co and we achieved a sale quickly and efficiently and were very happy with the service that they provided. I would never hesitate to recommend DM & Co to anyone that would require the services of a residential agent.

Extremely happy with the professional service received from all at DM, especially both Debbie and Anne who assisted me along the way in purchasing our house. They were very calm and supportive, as well as assisting in moving the process along, which, with house moving is always stressful at times.I would always recommend DM to anyone looking to move house, and if ever we move again, we would have no hesitation in using them.

Exceptional service - highly recommend

DM&Co were extremely helpful, professional and organised when selling our property. Always available when you needed them, had a great level of knowledge on the property and surrounding area which genuinely helped our potential buyers - they made what can be a stressful process as easy as it possibly could be. And more recently being a potential buyer with them too, the level of service is exactly the same. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Excellent Customer Service!

I am a first time buyer and have just worked with D M & Homes to buy a shared ownership property. As a first time buyer, they were perfect. All of my queries were answered, they made the process as smooth as possible and kept constant communication to inform me of any issues, and how the process was going. I would highly reccomend them to any one that is buying a property!
