If you can sell a house with Brexit rumbling on, then you deserve to be recommended to others. We cannot speak highly enough of Ann and Debbie- they make a formidable team. Two totally professional agents who made our dream happen. Debbie in particular was awesome and seems to spend her days "off" on the job through texts, updates and other means of putting her client first- she may not be at work, but for us, she was always working. Well done to this local, independent agent who we would definitely use again.

I could not recommend DM&Co enough! We had a bad experience with two previous estate agents and were just about to completely give up before finding DM&Co. Within one hour of them putting our house up, we had a viewing booked in for the next day. They have been amazing with feedback and contacting us which is where other estate agents were lacking. We look forward to completing the sale of our house through DM&Co and would highly recommend to anyone!

They say selling a house is one of the more stressful events in your life. The team at DM & Co made everything very easy handling everything from viewings and the interaction with buyers' solicitors through to advice on pricing - they even arranged for tradesmen to provide servicing of certain appliances where the buyer required. Ann and Debbie in particular were highly efficient and highly knowledgeable facilitating a very satisfactory sale in the absolute minimum of time with very little input required by myself.

We've been a client of DM & co for 18 months, initially to let our property and then for sale. The team are without doubt very professional and thorough - during the letting they kept us informed, managed issues efficiently and regularly exceeded our expectations.During sale they proved very knowledgeable about the market and matched potential buyers. Offers arrived within 2 weeks and we completed sale after 6 weeks of going to market. I would definitely use their services again.

Honest, professional and genuinely care. I would get regular calls on updates on the house we were buying. Sometimes I found certain individuals a bit pushy and as if they didn't appreciate how hard I was trying to get things to go through however upon reflection it was because they were so passionate about achieving a date that their seller wanted.I dealt with a guy called Daniel who was the model professional empathetic, kind and thoughtful - never pushy but always direct. He was a joy to work with.

I had a great experience with Gareth and Daniel through the sale process of my property. They had a very difficult time with a tenant at beginning but really preserved with her and in the end she gave up and left the property. This make it very easy for them to sell it very quick in the end. I would highly recommend DM&Co to anybody. I ended up using them through a referral from 2 very reliable people. We viewed several properties with Olivia and whilst we didn't purchase any of them (as they were not quite right for us) the service we received was really excellent. We viewed one property three times and never once felt rushed to make a decision! We looked at several houses in Hollywood and Wythall and the service from DM & Co was by far the best as some agencies did rush us through a viewing and that was not good at all for the people trying to sell. If we ever move again, I would definitely entrust my sale to DM & Co and would recommend to friends without hesitation.

My wife and I sold our house with DM & Co back in 2014, the process was managed in a very professional manner. We found the agent took control of the transaction from day one and kept us informed through the entire sales process. Since then I have recommend a friend to sale a family home via DM & Co and they found that due the DM & Co now being an established agent in the market place they had a list of buyers wanting to view the property, thus resulting in a sale above the market asking price in a very short period.

Had a viewing at a property in Shirley with this agent. Was refreshing to see an energetic young man with lots of information on the property, he'd gone to a lot of effort, windows open, lights were on and didn't follow me around which was nice, if i was the vendor i would have been impressed too, a nice balance, not too pushy, not disinterested as some can be, a refreshing chance well done DM & Co, thumbs up from me!!!!
