Hi James, I am sorry to read the review that you have posted. We at the time of managing your property - were absolutely stretched beyond the point of being able to manage the 1000 incoming calls a day. Whilst this is too late in the day for you, the team has risen from 8 to 20 and is no longer tripping its self up with the volume of business that we were trying to deal with off the back of the SDLT Holiday that put pressure upon us and many other agents nationwide. I worked with the Solihull branch to sell my home recently (Jan 21 - completed Apr 21). The team were attentive and took the time to understand my requirements.Once instructed, photos were taken next day, the particulars were created a day or so after. It was on the market within a couple of days from instruction.The viewings were well organised, with instant alerts via text and email. The property was sold quickly, their sales progression manager kept me up to date when required - this was very reassuring, throughout the sale, especially during the completion phase.Highly recommended, great service, friendly team - 11/10

So friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I had been looking for a property for some time and had experienced very poor customer service from other local agents. So it was such a relief to find a property with an agent that were so helpful and reassuring in guiding me in the process of purchasing.
