I had to write this review, for the benefit of the homeowners selling their properties, expecting Dixons, Solihull to sell their houses quick. I booked a viewing for a house for sale, never able to view it because agent was not there. Left many voicemails, no one called back. Later on when I returned a missed call from the agent, instead of apologising, he turned abusive. "I will never call you now" was one of his last threats to me. Very unprofessional!

One of the Horrible experience, i had being a tenant with them on their managed property(44 Brook House) in Wharflane. I had been with them for last 3 years and if I have any issues at the Apartment, just to get a response they would take weeks and months at a stretch. At-last decided to move away from this property in Jun'19 and spent a bomb cleaning this apartment. Gave the key back to them on 31st June and from their the nightmare followups starts again to get my deposit back. I get this response from Dixons on 21st Aug that landlord has asked to release the deposit completely and to provide the account number, which was promptly provided and it is now been almost 4 months and NO response at all from this team. I chase them through calls, emails at multiple occasions/almost everyday, but i get this response that I will get a call back. No help until now !! I had heard that Dixons are one of the worst service providers for any tenants in Solihul. Once their huge agency fees(Before July'19, this rule is retired now) is taken off they wont bother about their tenants concern at all, nor they address it promptly. Even they dont come to check, if the property is kept well(landlords beware), like my previous agencies. I would recommend possible tenants/landlords to avoid this agency or you will be left in the lurch chasing. Will now have to chase this up with council for my deposit Regards Sijo Araikal

Faye provided a fantastic service with the sale of our 2 houses recently. She is not afraid to work hard and boy did she, we had dates we were working towards and she did everything possible to stick to the deadlines keeping our chain in place with some infuriating characters. She goes above and beyond with the service she provides, she is polite, honest, doesn’t mess around, but more importantly gets the job done. Dixon’s you should give her a payrise if you want to keep such talent. I award Faye 5 stars not Dixon’s.

I have been using Dixons Solihull for 9 years now for a property I rent out, they always find great tenants very quickly. I mainly deal with Becky Beswick who keeps me up to date with the state of play and can’t fault her communication. As a landlord I would highly recommend the team at Dixons Solihull, thanks again

Had an appointment to view a property and Dixons didn’t show up. We called multiple times, no answer. No reply to our voicemails. What a disgrace. We travelled from very far and wasted time and energy. Landlords be aware before appointing them.

We as a family went through a very difficult time with losing a close family member. We found Faye and Adam at the Solihull branch very understanding and totally professional in the way they dealt with the sale process. Even when the original sale fell trough they rallied the troops and got another sale almost immediately. Dixons was highly recommended by a friend who had had difficult time selling their property. On 2 separate occasions with a different estate agency we had been up for sale for 16 weeks without an offer. Dixons valued the property at a higher level, came up with an attractive brochure with excellent photos and by being proactive sold the property at full price within days. Following the offer they worked hard to finalise the deal. All the staff we dealt with were helpful.
