Vicky Johnson told us when we went into branch that there was a property coming onto the market in our preferred area, and she contacted us as soon as they had instructions to sell.
After our offer was accepted she went out of her way to keep us informed on progress and made sure there were no problems.

GoogleNot a great service overall. Unresponsive and terrible communication really describes it. Experience started off well but after viewing it was impossible to get hold of someone or even put an offer down. There doesn't seem to be anyone in the office, so the phone just rings. Must have made 60-70+ calls to Dixons just trying to speak someone. Pretty ridiculous and a waste of time. Counteracted with excuses like the systems went down for the whole weekend so they could not communicate.
Countless calls, emails, and even texts to the sales agent(Daniel Hearden) that were ignored. Its pretty frustrating trying to close a deal because the communication is just not there from the offset. Anyway, once Dixons knew that the transaction and the business could not go through them there was an immediate communication shut down. 3 weeks of back and forth to be flogged back to the auctioneer.
Not an estate agent that I will be dealing with again. For anyone looking to sell through Dixons just know potential buyers will have a terrible experience just trying to get through to them! Dont usually leave too many reviews but dealing with Dixons has just been one massive waste of time. Had much better experiences with Xact or Smart Homes.

GoogleI decided to use Dixons Estate agent in Solihull to sell my house and they were very efficient indeed, From the initial valuation they were prompt and very knowledgeable. My house sold the 1st weekend it was on the market and the process ran smoothly right through to exchange and completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I have again this year 2021 used Dixons in Solihull and Vicki & Dan gave an excellent service from being to end very stress free. Also recommended again to use countrywide solicitor Simon Owen who was also very efficient.
