GoogleAll the staff at Dixons have been very helpful and friendly. Faye had no hesitation in answering any questions we had about our first house move in 36 years. They handled the open day and did all the negotiating for us. From the open day we received several offers and they sold the house within two weeks.

GoogleLettings department: Friendly service. Down to earth. Staff Seem genuinely interested. One gripe is that this agency automatically sends tradesman for gas and electrical certificates without consent (although they do notify). Prices they charge are 35% higher than the market rates. Then again.....they are estate agents!

Regarding our Management Team arranging automatically for your gas and electrical certificates to be completed, it is a legal requirement for these documents to be kept up-to-date for the safety of your tenant as I am sure you are aware. You have stated that you were notified about this matter and I am sure that had you contracted the team to arrange your own checks the Management Team would have been more than happy to assist you with this matter, as long as the due date had not lapsed.
