GoogleI had an issue with a door at my rented property, following an attempted burglary. Dal from Warwick PMC had a locksmith out within two hours of calling him. I also mentioned an ongoing problem with the boiler and an engineer came out the same day. Very pleased with how Dal handled these issues.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAn awful company who have tried to extort money from their clients with very poor customer service. If you are Landlord or someone who wants to sell or rent your property then save your self the hassle and go with another agent to avoid disappointment

GoogleMy electricity tripped out and so my fridge, freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, TV, WiFi etc. were off! Nightmare! Dal Baines from the solihull office was responsive and keen to help and support. Dal talked me through the solution and ‘hey presto’ to electric was back with 1/2 hour! Such a relief! The service I have had in arranging to rent a property they had on their books was handled with care and speed taking just eight days from viewing to taking the keys. GoogleDawn from Countrywide took great ownership of my boiler not working. Had the issue resolved within 18 hours of reporting it (she may have fixed it even quicker if it didn’t break down at 4.30 the day before!) excellent customer service all round!

Google' Could not fault the service. ' Extremely efficient, well trained staff. From my first telephone call to the day of exchange the staff were all 100% on my case. Faye, Adam and Emma particularly. Personal, friendly and helpful. The branch was very "joined up", messages were passed on and calls returned. When urgent action was needed it happened. Could not fault the whole transaction.

GoogleNot sure how they got good reviews unless paid for but my experience is, if you want an estate agent who actively loses you a sale (cash, wanted to move as quickly as possible) and is uncontactable - go here.
