Excellent build quality at Crest Nicholson Morton Park. From first viewings with Susie and Ryan to more viewing and purchasing process with Joseph and Luke. Lovely handover on completion with Susie, recalled from her new site. Aftercare is second to none. So few snags in a new build and promptly sorted. Site Manager and team are always on hand if needed.

We have been so happy with the service and support we have received from crest Nicholson. We have reserved a plot at claybourne in steeple Claydon with Lelsey the sales manager. She has been so welcoming and helpful through the whole process so far, we are looking forward to starting our new lives with a Crest Nicholson home. We had seen this particular development and really liked it. We've visited several times and found the team very helpful. It appears that this company could not care less about anything other than making profits. Have caused issues with street lights along Biggs Lane, Arborfield, RG2 and given that it's now over 4 months since they were aware of this, they are clearly not interested in resolving it nor the impact the issue is causing to local residents. Do not respond to emails, do not call back when promised. Awful service.

They are liars. They told me there was no housing association houses on this development. There is, the police are there twice a week at least, and still nothing is done about the housing association tenants that cause mayhem in this development. The house has had several problems that have been sorted, that’s why they get one star and not zero stars.

The state that Crest have left the main road through the development in is disgraceful. The mess has left damage to my car and 2 tyres.

Crest don’t care. No response from our emails and calls. What is going on with crest, don’t buy their Homes they do not care. Thinking of getting a group of owners together and suing this builder. UPDATE 7th march Still no communication

Have just completed on a new Crest Nicholson home in Henley. The sales staff were absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and nothing has been too much trouble for the site team. Overall, a much better experience than previous new builds we have bought. Would highly recommend Highlands Park and Crest Nicholson to anyone considering a new build purchase.
