Susie on Harborne Manor Development in Aylesbury demonstrated good customer service throughout. Susie is responsive, honest, warm and honest. The finishing to the house we bought is high quality i.e. tiles, wc/bathroom shower, worktop, breakfast table, baths/screens, Snagging issues are being resolved slowly.P.S contact me if you need a refer a friend voucher of 1k, we both get 1k each when you exchange.

The sales representatives are very professional and welcoming. They were able to accommodate our requests to change plot numbers without hesitation and are able to support in any way possible for reservation. A weekly report is sent to share the progress of build. We found the developers to be honest and reliable during the last 3 weeks we have been dealing with them as they managed to get the things moving quickly towards the direction of exchanging contracts.

Just called their costumer service line about a really urgent problem and worrying situation. Just trying to get some clarification and help but the lady was actually really rude to me in the way she spoke to me . Came off as aggressive, defensive and patronising.

This is a horrible company that they give me the wrong kitchen cabinet handle, I was waiting to change the correct one over a year, every time tell me the different excuse to explain why not receive from supplier.All the site manager resigned and don’t know who to follow up.What a bad management company.

I've not moved into my house yet so can't review on that side of things but the sales process has been as straightforward as it could have been, and all the information has been up front, and we have been informed of everything that has been going on. I've always been able to speak to someone and have been looked after very well by Sarah Hill at the site in Ashby.

Fantastic when they want you to buy a house…couldn’t care less once you’ve moved in. Have had faulty extractor fans causing damage to property for over two months and being given empty promises regarding repairs. Have also had other issues which eventually get sorted after lots of stomping and shouting - which is poor use of my time! They appear significantly under staffed and poor communication between employees results in shoddy customer service. Proceed with caution!

Surely no one can give these guys 5*?? My house was built in 2017 and it has flooded on several occasion. Having shown photos to various specialists in the field, many have said they’ve never seen anything like it. Crest are taking forever to rectify the issue despite us damp and mould conditions. It’s honestly not worth the hassle so just stay away!

Crest customer services and after care isn't worth one star. Once purchased, there were problems (which there were many) they never bother to reply to email or phone. They are only interested in selling you a house, after that it is impossible to get any issues resolved. Unfortunately the worst company I have ever dealt. This has never improved over years with Crest. I simply think they don't care once they have sold you a house.

We have reserved "The Evesham" at Curbridge Meadows and so far the experience has been excellent. The staff (Lynn and Hayley) are both really friendly and professional, making sure we have a good experience the whole way by showing us around the show homes, answering any questions we have and helping us choose the right incentives for us. We didn't feel pressured to reserve and it is obvious they want to make everyone's experience special.
