They kept in regular contact and couldn't have been more helpful throughout the process, especially as we where first time buyers. Not often that you can be complimentary about an estate agent, but I can honestly say that they are the best estate agents I've ever dealt with. GoogleI'm not often one to leave a review.. However the service I have received, initially from John who valued our house well and was incredibly professional to Rachel who has handled us through the process so far has been nothing short of outstanding. We had viewings at an incredible rate and sold within 8 days for well over asking price due to the great interest Morfitt Smith got us. Rachel has then been prompt answering every query and being the glue keeping the chain together. We are nearing completion (hopefully!) now and our sale has been so easy due to the great work by the team. I wish our sellers had used Morfitt as their estate agents have caused multiple hold ups. If ever I go crazy and decide to sell again, despite moving out of the region, I would 1000% use Morfitt Smith again.

GoogleI have used Morfitt Smith for a number of years now for various letting projects. I can happily report that I have found them both professional and good communicators. I have tried other estate agents in and around Sheffield over the years, but without a doubt this company has been the best. Not only with their approach and professional attitude, but also with the speed they were able to find good quality tenants for me. By minimising void periods they have more than paid for their services. I don’t often write reviews but I thought I would in this case. I am not connected to Morfitt Smith in anyway, other than being a customer.

PS My advice to anyone would be to ignore agents' valuations and pick your agent based on whether their Terms & Conditions suit you.

GoogleThey apparently sold my house,but did not adequately evaluate the buyer.The sale was aborted.They were unwilling to either apologis or express sympathy.Alex in the office is an excellent employee and no criticism can b made of his conduct.I have taken the firm to the Propery Ombudsman.They have banned me from viewing houses they market,without offering a reason-ths is somewhat bizarre and unhelpful for their customers.The ban is petty and betrays their lack of moral fibre.
