GoogleUnprofessional.I am letting my flat with them right now. Been trying to talk to them for about a month now . They just keep telling me, someone will call me back to solve it. I guess I am going to have to fly to the UK in person to deal with it in the office where they cannot hide behind their phones or get lawyers involved . Taking every last commision you can take from people even if that means completely ignoring them and lying is not right. Haart , don't bother to reply with anything of a sort " we are very sorry you experienced this , could you contact us to resolve your problem" . The only thing you will contact me for is finishing all kind of business I have with you . I don't want anything to do with this company . Your nice words are useless.

GoogleUnfortunately, I have to change my 5-star review for Haart (which I gave a few years ago) to a 1-star. And the reason is simple - total lack of communication!
Since the previous manager Emilio left, everything there seems to have gone down dramatically.
I call them - nobody answers.
I leave a message with my number - nobody calls me back.
I call the general number for Haart, explain the issue with the Slough branch and I am assured that this time someone will call me - and again it never happens.
I email them - they don't answer.
I don't know if that's due to lack of staff, lack of desire to work or something else, but that's not what I would expect from any letting agent.
I don't recommend them to anyone! Total waste of time!PositiveProfessionalism
