I met with Kenneth to sort out a few bits from incomplete paper work for a rental agreement. I went with my husband (who has dementia and is hard of hearing) Kenneth was ever so patient with him as he tends to repeat the same question. He dealth with my husband so caringly. I tend to lose my patience at times but I took a leaf out of Kenneth's book. His professionalism was evident. He helped complete all the paperwork and walked us out . Two weeks before the expiry of the previous tenancy a suitable new tenant was found so there will be no interruption. Has been with their property for 2 years. Our intercom broke after our 6th month of stay, they did not fixed it until 1 week before the end of our contract. Someone vandalized on the corridor of the property, fixed 1 month before the end of our contract. And now that we are ending our contract thsi coming 15th, we were asked by our water provider for a water meter reading (for our closure of account as we will be charged for the whole month if we wont be able to provide one) that we dont know where to find, has been asking them but they keep on saying they will try to call the landlord. They wont let us keep the keys for the access to the property until they knew where the meter because we might be charged for and extension of contract. Very unprofessional. They are just good for minor problems and at the start of the contract.

If it was possible 0/5. Rubbish agency, Called first and booked first (they told me that) for the flat viewing on Mercury House. Then every day called them to double check when we can view that flat? 'Oh sorry Landlord is not available now, Can we just save your number and we will contact you as soon as possible' every day for 6 weeks. Then today morning I've found that let was agreed, really? Started off on the RightMove app. Done the simple click to receive a call back regarding a property in Slough. Within minutes I had a call from an Agent called Ahsan. I asked for a virtual viewing as I work till 6pm everyday and wouldn’t have the time to see the property. Again within minutes the video was sent through. Then we needed to rent the property and we contacted Emilio for the same. Within a week, he got us a tenant and within 2 weeks of the purchase, the tenants were in. We had a very smooth experience with Emilio, which is hard to find with real estate agents. He is prompt in responding to emails/calls and very professional.
