I would like to share my experience with Haart Lettings Agents Slough and I am extremely happy with them. I have been in UK since 2020 and since then I have dealt with various Letting agents. It was very tough initially while I was looking for my first Rental property back in 2020 and various bitter experiences also passed by with few of the Letting Agents. But when it came to Haart the experience has been good right from the beginning. They where very responsive and quick to schedule a viewing on the property. Special mention to couple of individuals from Haart - Emilio Ascione and Mia Langford, they were very supportive right from the beginning. My search and booking on the first property I viewed of Haart Letting Agents happened within 2 - 3 hours time which explains it all. They were quick to respond to my initial query for viewing, a viewing was scheduled within 30 mins time, Mia was very helpful in answering our questions during the Viewing of the property and then both of them helped us in reserving the property within 2 hours time. The services and follow ups post that were also good and now we have finished the contract process as well. The entire Haart team and their partners where very supportive during this time and the portal they have also great. I am now recommending Haart for most of my friends and I am sure even they feel the same way about Haart after their experience.

I have been a landlord with Haarts for some 20+ years. My last tenant has moved out and I am selling my property, hence will not be using rental services in the future. For the last couple of years my contact has been Beatrice Bejenaru from Haarts. I have found Beatrice to be both professional in all of her dealings, but more so have given good advice when she feels that I could be disadvantaged as a landlord. Over the years I can count on on hand the people from Haarts that "get the job done properly" and inevitably they have been promoted as the years have progressed. I think Brigit will be one of those. She crosses her T's and dot's her i's and, much as I always decline always upsells your services. I think she is a bit of a star, so well done Haarts on that recruitment choice- look after her she will do you proud no doubt.

Cannot thank Emilio and the team at Haart Lettings Slough enough for helping my partner and I out when we really needed it. We had our tenancy pulled by another local agency four days before it was due to begin so we had been desperately calling agencies when we were lucky enough to get through to Emilio at Haart. I was looking for a agent to let my 3 bed semi in Slough , I was recommended haart s via a family member who had over 4 years experience with them. I was not disappointed as the service was great. I was mainly dealing with Ahsan who was very polite and has excellent customer service skills. We had tenants viewing the house promptly and were able to sign a agreement within days. Haart Slough have given us the worst experience and we was completely misled by this agency. My partner and I were dealing with Shannon and everything was going so well, after signing the contract and payment of deposit we were then told to pick up the keys from the property. We have got to the property and after asking questions about a section of the house that the house keeper was reluctant to show, we found out that the house keeper and his family live in the property! The signed agreement told us nothing about people living in the property we will be living in! There was no tennis net but we was promised a tennis court, camera system and many things promised have now been retrieved. The agent now has said they don’t manage the property after receiving thousands of pounds worth of deposit. We are extremely traumatised with this experience, we now are trying to find out what we can do as we do not feel safe living in the same property with a family we know nothing about.

As a Landlord went to Haart hoping that the national agency will take care. Absolutely no response from lettings team or Emilio Ascoine the branch manager. Have called tens of time and left message. Rent has not been paid for 3 months and it is the agent who is holding the rent and not the tenant. Useless. Intending to go legal to get an answer out of them and go to another agent.

Do no use branch manager lie when before signing contract stating there is no percentage fee anymore only fixed price. Property was valued well over price then dropped the price within a short time making us look desperate to sell.25 weeks 9 views 3 cancelled 3 occasions late for viewings and 1 pathetic offer.didnt here anything for well over 7 weeks then get a call for the new branch manager advising me to take an offer of 290 when the offer was never put to us. The staff asked me how to sell my property which though was there job to do. The branch manager keeps mentioning an offer of £290000 but we have never received and offer for this only for £270000 which was rejected and then an offer of £280000 which again was rejected. Absolutely disgusting. Have not heard anything regards to viewings for months then when I am away out the country I get calls for viewings after the last one which wasted my time and did not show was not wasting my time again and cancelled my contract with Haart
