Spoke to few people but no joy and spoke to Swati what a brilliant person. For three days I have been chasing and was thrown from one department to other and Swati dealt with it within ten minutes. Very impressed.

I certainly recommend haart for rent, had very good experience with them throughout the entire process, no hidden information, no wait time. Especially The Branch Manger Emilio is doing his best to keep us happy throughout the journey. It's worth considering property under haart

I have an apt rented out by Haart in Slough. It started more than 6 years ago and it was pretty good in the beginning. However their service has deteriorated substantially over the past two years. I ask question and there was no response. They let the previous tenant left without clearing the energy bill. In result, I had to bear the payment. Absolutely lousy service and I would recommend all landlord to stay away from Haart.

I as a landlord, have been dealing with Emilio Ascione the manager of the Slough branch for lettings, he has been brilliant to work with. Great customer service, very proactive, responsive and very helpful. However the property management side of things which is a different team let things down, they are terrible, I simply can’t get a response, that’s why I’m dropping 1 star. If it was just for Emilio it would be 5 stars.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
