GoogleI have been using Emilio at Haart Lettings for the last year who has been great for finding tenants for my 3 flats. As a result, I had no hesitation to use the sales department to sell one of the flats but have been so disappointed with the quality of the marketing. The description was grammatically incorrect, location on map incorrect, they don't provide floorplans, the photos were worse than my daughter would take and only market it on Rightmove, On the Market and their own website. I asked them to go back and improve photos and the tenant still took better photos. I was advised to email the management team, Calvin Roake and Justine Glynn, which I did twice but still haven't received a reply. GoogleI as a landlord, have been dealing with Emilio Ascione the manager of the Slough branch for lettings, he has been brilliant to work with. Great customer service, very proactive, responsive and very helpful. However the property management side of things which is a different team let things down, they are terrible, I simply can’t get a response, that’s why I’m dropping 1 star.
