GoogleI have an apt rented out by Haart in Slough. It started more than 6 years ago and it was pretty good in the beginning. However their service has deteriorated substantially over the past two years. I ask question and there was no response. They let the previous tenant left without clearing the energy bill. In result, I had to bear the payment. Absolutely lousy service and I would recommend all landlord to stay away from Haart.
