GoogleHelpful agency, good communications while you're a Tenant and after moving out. I would say the initial moving in phase needed more communication and responsiveness. But they seem to have improved a lot since then. Beatrice Bejenaru in particular has been a star: fast responses and really on top of it.

GoogleUnfortunately, I have to change my 5-star review for Haart (which I gave a few years ago) to a 1-star. And the reason is simple - total lack of communication! Since the previous manager Emilio left, everything there seems to have gone down dramatically. I call them - nobody answers. I leave a message with my number - nobody calls me back. I call the general number for Haart, explain the issue with the Slough branch and I am assured that this time someone will call me - and again it never happens. I email them - they don't answer. I don't know if that's due to lack of staff, lack of desire to work or something else, but that's not what I would expect from any letting agent. I don't recommend them to anyone! Total waste of time!PositiveProfessionalism
