We bought a new property recently and were engaged with one of the well-known property agents and had a lot of trouble throughout the process of purchasing the property. Then we needed to rent the property and we contacted Emilio for the same. Within a week, he got us a tenant and within 2 weeks of the purchase, the tenants were in. We had a very smooth experience with Emilio, which is hard to find with real estate agents. He is prompt in responding to emails/calls and very professional. We would recommend Hart and specially Emilio if you are buying/selling/renting property.

I was looking for a agent to let my 3 bed semi in Slough , I was recommended haart s via a family member who had over 4 years experience with them. I was not disappointed as the service was great. As a Landlord went to Haart hoping that the national agency will take care. Absolutely no response from lettings team or Emilio Ascoine the branch manager. Have called tens of time and left message. Rent has not been paid for 3 months and it is the agent who is holding the rent and not the tenant. Useless. Intending to go legal to get an answer out of them and go to another agent.

Haart Slough have given us the worst experience and we was completely misled by this agency. My partner and I were dealing with Shannon and everything was going so well, after signing the contract and payment of deposit we were then told to pick up the keys from the property. We have got to the property and after asking questions about a section of the house that the house keeper was reluctant to show, we found out that the house keeper and his family live in the property! The signed agreement told us nothing about people living in the property we will be living in! There was no tennis net but we was promised a tennis court, camera system and many things promised have now been retrieved. The agent now has said they don’t manage the property after receiving thousands of pounds worth of deposit. We are extremely traumatised with this experience, we now are trying to find out what we can do as we do not feel safe living in the same property with a family we know nothing about.

Thanks Emilio for renting my flat out and till now no rent and it’s been 11 months and counting.Very poor service on lettings side, really disappointed with Haarts as they let my flat to someone who couldn’t afford to pay rent. Never ever will use them again. They only good as rent is paid soon as you have problems, they disappear?

I would like to say that the Sr. Negotiator, Mohit, 5-star for such a great job. As a longtime Haart associate in the Slough area, he is dedicated and passionate about the work he does. Thank you Mr. Meggicala for taking the time to showing properties in the area. I recommend to anyone who is need of great service in finding their next home. Update: I have since downgraded the rating after spending five months in the new flat. There are a number of reasons but I will stick with my 2 main reasons of not enough storage space & outdated amenities.The price per month was captivating but after spending some time here and settling in, we truly have no space to fit the new things we want into this flat. Plus, we seem to be using amenities from the early 2000s or earlier.

Do no use branch manager lie when before signing contract stating there is no percentage fee anymore only fixed price. Property was valued well over price then dropped the price within a short time making us look desperate to sell.25 weeks 9 views 3 cancelled 3 occasions late for viewings and 1 pathetic offer.didnt here anything for well over 7 weeks then get a call for the new branch manager advising me to take an offer of 290 when the offer was never put to us. The staff asked me how to sell my property which though was there job to do. The branch manager keeps mentioning an offer of £290000 but we have never received and offer for this only for £270000 which was rejected and then an offer of £280000 which again was rejected. Absolutely disgusting. Have not heard anything regards to viewings for months then when I am away out the country I get calls for viewings after the last one which wasted my time and did not show was not wasting my time again and cancelled my contract with Haart
