I met with Kenneth to sort out a few bits from incomplete paper work for a rental agreement. I went with my husband (who has dementia and is hard of hearing) Kenneth was ever so patient with him as he tends to repeat the same question. He dealth with my husband so caringly. I tend to lose my patience at times but I took a leaf out of Kenneth's book. His professionalism was evident. He helped complete all the paperwork and walked us out . Two weeks before the expiry of the previous tenancy a suitable new tenant was found so there will be no interruption. Emilio arranged a number of viewings and finally we have a tenant with good profile and a reasonable monthly rent. Once again Emilio acted swiftly and professionally. Has been with their property for 2 years. Our intercom broke after our 6th month of stay, they did not fixed it until 1 week before the end of our contract. Someone vandalized on the corridor of the property, fixed 1 month before the end of our contract. And now that we are ending our contract thsi coming 15th, we were asked by our water provider for a water meter reading (for our closure of account as we will be charged for the whole month if we wont be able to provide one) that we dont know where to find, has been asking them but they keep on saying they will try to call the landlord. They wont let us keep the keys for the access to the property until they knew where the meter because we might be charged for and extension of contract. Very unprofessional. They are just good for minor problems and at the start of the contract.

Started off on the RightMove app. Done the simple click to receive a call back regarding a property in Slough. Within minutes I had a call from an Agent called Ahsan. I asked for a virtual viewing as I work till 6pm everyday and wouldn’t have the time to see the property. Again within minutes the video was sent through. I would like to share my experience with Haart Lettings Agents Slough and I am extremely happy with them. I have been in UK since 2020 and since then I have dealt with various Letting agents. It was very tough initially while I was looking for my first Rental property back in 2020 and various bitter experiences also passed by with few of the Letting Agents. But when it came to Haart the experience has been good right from the beginning. They where very responsive and quick to schedule a viewing on the property. Special mention to couple of individuals from Haart - Emilio Ascione and Mia Langford, they were very supportive right from the beginning. My search and booking on the first property I viewed of Haart Letting Agents happened within 2 - 3 hours time which explains it all. They were quick to respond to my initial query for viewing, a viewing was scheduled within 30 mins time, Mia was very helpful in answering our questions during the Viewing of the property and then both of them helped us in reserving the property within 2 hours time. The services and follow ups post that were also good and now we have finished the contract process as well. The entire Haart team and their partners where very supportive during this time and the portal they have also great. I am now recommending Haart for most of my friends and I am sure even they feel the same way about Haart after their experience.
