AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY - Honestly, the worst kind of people to let a property from. Will do EVERYTHING if you miss even a weeks rent to hunt you down but go completely silent once you need help to get your holding deposit back in the end! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I am currently compiling a whole case against them via the property ombudsman! - Will ask you to give them a positive review at the point of letting the property, don't do it. It is so difficult to find a decent estate agent whom you can trust. Emilio from the lettings team has been absolutely amazing. Throughout the entire experience been easy to contact and responds exceptionally well. He has been very supportive through the difficulties of trying to find the right flat for rent. He kept me updated through every step of the way and being a person myself that works quick, he definitely made it a quick process to get moved in with all the referencing and paperwork. Would definitely reccomend haart as a lettings agent.

I got in touch with haart estate and letting agents in regards to a property I was interested in and I was referred to agent ahsan ul huq. All I can say is this gentleman was very professional and efficient from the start. Having to deal with lazy agents previously I was getting frustrated as most of the time I had to chase them where they kept saying we will call you back never did. But ahsan always stuck to his word and delivered. If he tells you he would call you at a certain time you can bank on getting that call. In these difficult time he arranged a viewing very fast. I ended up viewing the property and putting a holding deposit straight away. I give ahsan 5 star rating and reccomend his service to any one. You will not be disappointed!PositiveProfessionalism

Emilio has recently rented it and He has been superbly professional and, critically, taken personal responsibility for ironing out the inevitable last minute potential wrinkles when I’m so far away.
