GoogleThe whole process of viewing and than renting went very smooth. Fro. The viewing to key collection ot took only a week!!!! Very professional team!! Responsive on every email or phone call. The flat was freezing cold in the winter, I've got kids so it was absolutely dreadful for them too. The windows are wooden so the heat just goes straight out. But more to the point, the central heating was ridiculous - they never heated up and were lukewarm to the touch. The ceiling leaked, the window sills inside leaked, water came through the wooden windows. It was just a horrible place to live. All throughout this years tenancy agreement we paid £1350 a month. When we announced we were leaving they hit us with bills. They took our deposit. Charged us for cleaning the apartment once we left. Charged us for painting the apartment once we left. Even charged us £45 for removing some Blu-tac marks on the wall, even though they charged us to paint the place. I've correspondence letters and emails and the PDF file of the bill they hit us with. I just wish I could do something about it. But I warn you, do not trust these rogues!!!!

Truly Awful! It is utterly disgusting the way this company treats tenants, acting like they are above the law - breaching numerous clauses in the tenancy agreement. I dread to think how other, more vulnerable tenants have suffered as a result of this company. I moved out in November 2021 and have still not received my deposit. After 3 months of ignoring my emails, Frost contacted me with false charges and deductions from my deposit. When i queried them, they would not give me an answer - so I contacted TDS and was informed I could not make a claim after 3 months of moving out... coincidence?

Landlords Beware! This letting agent is terrible. They will match other estate agents lettings fees at 5-7% 'let only' fee but will then add additional charges such as 'tenancy agreement fee' of £456 as well as trying to add on other fees without your permission such as £30 for registering the deposit (which I did not ask them to do). In addition, they will charge 3% renewal fee as well as a £90 'memorandum of agreement fee' if the tenant stays on. I have worked with other estate agents who charge no renewal fee as there is no further work they have done (but may charge a small fee of about £30-40 for a renewal of contract).For a flat with a rental income of £1100, they charged me an additional £486 compared to other estate agents in the area who do not charge these additional fees. I regret my decision to give them my business and will never do so again. My advice would be to go to any other letting agent.

GoogleTrust these estate agents, as they are incredible!! Every time I called the team someone was always willing to help me. Just want to acknowledge a diligent lady called Vanessa. I spoke to her about viewing a property as I was in a difficult situation; I was facing homelessness and eviction with a young child. Vanessa told me that she would help me, and within minutes of our phone call she had sent me a viewing. I viewed it, loved it and Vanessa supported me each and every step of the way by keeping me updated in the morning or evenings, even working from home! Due to Vanessa's help I am in a property I love, and my son lives close to his father, his family, and his nursery. We are thrilled with this property! I think every estate agent should aim to be like Vanessa. It was important for us to stay local and she will never know to the extent, how significant she was because she didn't just find us a home, she helped us shape our future.

GoogleAll the staff at Langley worked really hard to find a buyer for us and we trusted them to show viewers around our house in our absence. Always polite,helpful and respectful. We never had any trouble contacting them and always answered our queries. Would recommend.

GoogleHad an appointment to view a property at 7:15.I've even received confirmation via email (keeping in mind that I've had to call them twice as they said it's all booked in but I've t received the postcode via email or text message) we drove to the property and no one has shown up. We actually waited 20 min before i called the office number. After some time a lady answered and asked for details such as name and mobile number and advised that she will call the person who was supposed to meet us. I still haven't received a call back and actually waisted half an hour and petrol. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and just shows how much they care for customers. I will definitely look for other agencies as I am sure if an appointment is given they at least will be there and don't waste my time.

GoogleGot a call from Jeremy Fisher today who disappointed me even further, not to my surprise though. I had a feeling he would back Pooja and so he did. He apologised for the experience I had. Unfortunately the apology would not compensate the financial loss we incurred or the stress and anxiety this whole ordeal caused us. He apologised that Pooja lied but also backed her up saying that she was scared, hence lied. I pointed out and asked why Frost has double standards? As they did not take the property off the market when our deposit was taken but as soon as we were told that the property is no longer available it clearly showed the property being no longer available. He did not have an answer to this and instead said he wasn't aware that this happened and would get back to me on this. He kept blowing Pooja's trumpet despite her lies and double standards! He also said I know Pooja lied. I'm not hiding the fact Pooja lied but I still trust her. To top things up he said to me, " you also lied as the landlord told me that you asked him to cut out the agents ". This unprofessional statement of his completely frustrated me. I said how can you take one persons word against the other? You are calling me a liar based on what the landlord has supposedly told you? He started stuttering and deviating form the subject. I repeatedly asked him as to how on earth could he call me a liar based on what the landlord had told him. He would not accept that he called me a liar but instead said that's not what he said. This whole department is a complete bunch of unprofessional losers! I warn you all out there to stay away from these utterly unprofessional cowboys. Oh and cow girl 😊

Was renting a property from frost for just over a year. Spent so much money decorating it as the agency told us it is available for "Long term renting". I stayed within the contact and made sure my house was well kept. I welcomed my first born into the apartment and put so much effort into decorating it for my baby.

They will send people in to your accommodation with no regard for “The tenants right to peaceful enjoyment of property” or whatever the ONLY thing they really have to oblige the tenant. Twice I returned home to discover the premises had been entered unlawfully by agents of theirs. ALL their employees are of the “go f yourself” disposition. Rude, impolite, arrogant and incompetent.
