GoogleNot helpful and professional messed me around so much was calling up to view properties no one called back . Put offer on a property no one contacted me at all, I was the one calling up and chasing . So gave up bought a property from different agent who was helpful and professional.

GoogleWorst agent ever! They do not know what they are doing. They talk the talk but never trust them to sell your home! Full of broken promises. Don't return your calls, you get never got hold of the person who you need to talk to! They say you will get a call back, you never do unless they need info from you. They arrange viewings and don't send an agent to do them and if they do the agent has never been to the house before and doesn't know anything about it. They refuse offers without telling you, or just simply lie about recieveing them which I am sure is the case. Never ever use this dreadful incompetent unprofessional bunch of cowboys, the manager being the worst of them all!

GoogleI dealt with Connells in Slough started in Nov 18. It has been a nightmare since. Communication is diabolical nobody ever returned your calls. They asked for over and above the deposit amount which I was reluctant to give but I did as I had no option. When repairs were needed they did not get them done even I asked continually but just ignored my requests. Even when I had to get the repairs done because I had no choice and claim the money back it took me 5 months to get just £100 reimbursed. I have now left the property and am still waiting for my deposit to be returned which is being held by the property management company who to be blunt don’t give two hoots, they are rude and aggressive . The fact that the branch did not do an inventory when I left has not helped the matter. WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE , I WISH I NEVER HAD !!!!

GoogleRichard has been very good in identifying options and advising on the best possible options. He is friendly in disposotoon and always around to answer any questions. He is effiecient in dealing with issues that arise in such processes and have seen him work on my case outside office hours kn couple of instsnces. I would recommend him any day for mortgage solutions.

GoogleUnfortunately not the most helpful estate agents and do not forfill what they promise sadly. This is reflected upon my experience of the lettings department/team over a 4 year period. They are not very well coordinated and constant staff changes without real help and support apart from the monthly commission taken from your account which they do not deserve.They want money for not doing the work and following things up. Giving landlords lots and lots of stress. Happy 😊 to take your house on board but not help constantly passing the responsibility. Not fair at all. Everyone is nice when taking your property on board but you don't get the continued support you deserve. I would of loved to say some nice things but too much stress given by them. They don't look at the longterm losses. 😂.It would have helped them in there long term bread and butter bank balance not to mention word of mouth Made to pay for exit reports which were nothing more then an agents sales brochure rather then looking at damage. They don't care so be very careful. My review is honest from the experience I have had. If you make mistakes as agents acknowledge them compensate the customer for failings and rebuild bridges. But when all you want is commission not good.
