GoogleThey forced us to use their mortgage advisor. And they also forced us their solicitor. Otherwise they won’t sell to you.

GoogleExceptional! It's hard to find a genuine estate agent these days but you will definitely get that with Amandeep, Amrit and the rest of the Connells team. Moving out for the first time seemed quite daunting initially but Connells ensured to make it as hassle free as possible both during the move and after. Connells's dedicated property management service resolves any issues faced at our new place almost immediately. These guys should be your first stop when looking in Slough!

I would recommend Connells Estate Agent if you are looking for a place in Slough. They even helped me understand the area were all the important services were near my perspective Flat. They helped me ever step of the way it was very reassuring for someone who just moved to another country and has never rented anything before.

GoogleRight from the valuation stage, Harry has shown great professionalism and knowledge about the property market. Harry initially advised us on an approach with regards to our properties, and once instructed had almost 10 viewings within the first 2 weeks. Working with myself and potential buyers, we secured an acceptable offer within 4 weeks of listing our property. We sold two properties with Connells and with their market knowledge, managed to sell both at favourable prices. A hassle free and excellent service all round. I would highly recommend the Connells Group & Harry.

GoogleExcellent service, I had a viewing and i really wanted this amazing flat One of the employee names Matthew give me his word that i will have it he did everything he can to make it happen and it happen i have the flat i wanted because he did all his best answering the phone all the time replying to emails and he also kept in touch with me all the time at all the step i have been dealing with a lot of agency in the Uk i never had such good service i really recommend this agency

GoogleWe initially chose Connells from a number of Estate Agents who valued our house because of the obvious enthusiasm of the Manager Harry - he did an excellent job of marketing our house using an open day, the marketing material was of a high standard and his estimate of the value turned out to be very realistic, as it immediately attracted several buyers at the asking price or just above. We found the whole team at the Slough branch to be polite and courteous, and we were kept up to date on the progress being made by our buyers. Based on our recent experience we would therefore use this Estate Agent again.

GoogleAbsolute shocking service and wonder how the landlords are asking these estate agents to sell their properties. We were booked a viewing at 3.15pm and at 3.14pm we receive a call (when we are standing at the property) from them asking not to attend the viewing as the tenant is away! When asked why they couldn't inform earlier then the reason was that Imran (the person showing us the property) was not in office?! Was he the only person in office?! Whats the point of having mobile phones we ask! We had to chase the estate agent 3 times just to get the property address in the first place. Worse outcome was that within 3 days the property is sold without we given an opportunity to view the property! Dreadful customer service and estate agents.

Though i have very bad experience with the Connells Property Management team, I am still giving 5 stars just simply for the service offered by Amandeep Dhillon at the start of the association with Connells Estate Agents

GoogleStsy away from their in house mortgage team and use your own as they will charge £600. Nearly lost my property due to their incompetence as they stated I needed a 10% deposit when 15% was required for a new build. Secondly, the team don’t give update and I was chasing them even at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon when I was supposed to complete! Useless!

GoogleMy husband and I recently purchased our first home through Connells and our experience with them couldn't have been better. Harry, Anthony, their mortgage advisor and the rest of the staff always were very helpful and friendly and I cannot praise Anthony enough for his great customer service, assistance and patience. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely a thumbs up from me ☺
