GoogleA very communicative and dependable approach made the process of finding a new tenant relatively easy. Beth from the team in particular was both reliable in communication responses but of more value preemptive of what was coming and by doing so smoothed the way....Good job all round and thank you.

GoogleAs soon as they find out you have a buyer with another agency they make up an imaginary buyer and give you an offer. Then you never hear from them again. It happened two times with me. They plan to distract the real offer you have. They do it very unprofessionally. Not happy with their service and recommend you to don’t work with them.

GoogleUsed Connells as my previous sale with another estate agent fell though. It took a while to complete due to deed issues however Anthony was very helpful throughout and during the stressful times of the process assured all parties and kept me up to date with various situations.

GoogleHello everyone. DONT EVER VISIT OR BUILD PATRNERSHIP WITH THIS LETTING AGENCY. This bad experience with connells resulted in drawing a negative review as I was promised for viewing for a property at 4:30 pm today 22nd Sep 2021 near Slough however upon arrival at the property I was told there was a confusion and the property is not available. Infact before my appointment I called the Sales Team twice and I was assured and there was no issues about rescheduling or cancelling the viewings. It's very unfortunate as I took half day off and had to pay additional parking charges for this visit. And it so happened that I was forced to call to know the viewing is cancelled. I suggest everyone to be aware of this sluggish Letting agency. Don't waste your time to view or buy the property here. There are plenty of letting agents who are better off as the service is below par.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleTurned up to view a property for sale and no one from Connells came. I received apologies on that agent's behalf. Today another confirmed viewing cancelled 30 minutes before. Not impressed. Two stars are for Harry only who is helpful and professional.

GoogleInitially felt like a good bunch, Made an offer on a property had it accepted, instructed mortgage broker & solicitor, I declined the in house mortgage only to have a different agent phone back a week later saying they will be accepting another offer but asked if I wanted to increase my offer, I declined as I'd got all my ducks in a row ready to go, the result they advised me they were accepting the next offer over mine. Disgusting to be put against another bidder once my original bid was accepted and when you've been told your offer had been accepted by the seller, I asked why bids were being accepted if the property was labelled as sold pending contracts. A joke of an outfit if you are purchasing.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS! Appalling service for landlords - never get back to you, called several times for simple requests and access to documents only to be passed on to the next person. Estate agents are supposed to be the working hands for landlords but we have only experienced trouble and now are dealing with a court case due to failures in compliance from Connells Lettings Team.

GoogleConnells SLOUGH BERKSHIRE: We arranged a viewing to see a property in slough, after us happy with the property, the agents called us and said the properties gone, new tenants just came and given deposit money, then afew days after we get a call from connells saying the property is available and the landord would like US to move In, because the other new tenants didn't pass referencing, we said Yes again to the property, got a call from connells manager Aman saying we cant get the property, we are not happy and this wasn't done properly. this was unprofessional and very unhappy.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleThe initial contact was great and I was quite impressed by that. Everything after? Absolutely awful. Non responses, random people turning up to my property for viewings with no warning or contact, they say they will be in touch but never are, they do not call when they say they will, emails are scarce, etc. I managed to arrange more viewings than they did through personal contacts, so that should say a lot... The only reason I am even bothering to write this review (which I'd much rather not have to worry about doing) is because they are sending me texts and emails for appointments with them that I never even requested now, nor do I want - just winding me up now.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWorst estate agents we have ever come across. 1 star is being too generous. Maidenhead branch got closed and moved to Slough. Big mistake. Staff are non-responsive and extremely unprofessional. No show of an arranged viewing. Had to chase up what had happened - never heard anything more. I even phoned Head Office to give complaint and give feedback to the Area Director. Someone took my message but didn't get any acknowledgement or response from them either. Had to request 3 times for property to be removed from Rightmove.
