YellEXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING AND WORST EXPERIENCE
This review reflects my experience with Connells Slough branch regarding the sale of my property, which remained listed for over two years. I experienced communication issues, including unanswered emails, missed callbacks, inconsistent updates, and occasions where I had to chase for information. A buyer was introduced in 06/2025 and a Memorandum of Sale issued in 07/2025. I did not receive proactive updates and only became aware, after chasing in 09/2025, that the buyer had withdrawn; this had not been communicated to me. I also had concerns regarding inconsistent pricing information, repeated pressure to reduce the asking price, promotional campaigns, and limited reporting on marketing activity. I requested communication only by email due to health circumstances and provided alternative contact arrangements where necessary. Despite this, telephone contact continued contrary to instructions. Overall, the service lacked consistency, communication, accountability, and case management.

GoogleVery happy with everything really. 1st person I met was very personable and not “pushy” or “salesman” type. The sale took a few turns over a year, and had plenty of contact with the office and a few staff. All dealt with very well and trusted their advice, even when a buyer pulled out. All sorted now despise clumsy ending (well 5 separate groups of people) Totally recommendable, nice bunch of people.
