GoogleVery poor experience, I have finalised a deal for one property, and I paid for searching fees , mortgage advisor fees and after paying all the seller’s are not agreed to move forward. It’s a heart break for me & my family. And more over I am not getting any support from chancellor team they are not responding my mail. Please think twice before reaching out to chancellor team. This can be done with you also.

GoogleDisappointing Experience, Avoid if You're Looking to Buy or Rent!
I would not recommend this agency, especially if you're a first-time buyer or renter. My experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating. When I first moved to Slough, I was looking to rent a property and reached out to them. Unfortunately, they never got back to us. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful, leaving us to figure things out on our own.
A year later, we decided to buy a property and, despite our previous experience, we tried to give them another chance. We found a listing we were interested in and answered all their questions to book a viewing. After two months of waiting, we finally received a call saying the property was no longer available, but they had another option. We booked a viewing for this new property, but when we arrived, they had no record of our appointment. My wife and I ended up wasting our entire morning.
Overall, I strongly advise against using this agency. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and a complete waste of time. Avoid them if you can!

Once they canceled the booking half an hour ago and we were told we'll be contacted to rearrrange which never happened. The supposedly auto-generated property alert emails are never according to our requirements. Complete disinterest and lack of communication. It would've been better to tell us right away that they do not want to consider us as potential tenants, atleast I'd be a little less frustrated.
