GoogleI have been looking for a new home to rent for the past month and a half. A couple of days ago I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman called Farid who called to advise a property I enquired about had gone. He was then able to find me a new property whilst we were on the phone and 2 days later we have put in an offer which has been accepted!! We look forward to moving into our new home. GoogleI requested to all , get some time to read my review for your safety I spent with them 8 months around to buy my 1st house two times they had chatted with me . 1st they trap you in beautiful words and tell you , “Congratulations “ this house is urs but after one weak they called you sorry Vendor changed his/her mind . In this weak you paid to their chosen solicitor etc …which you won’t get back ur money . They asked you leave a review immediately which you did coz ur happy they helped you but you don’t understand they trapped you for fake review , my mortgage got approved bank booked survey as well but they told bank don’t come but they did not bother to inform you . when you were keep asking what’s the next step , they just called you after one month sorry we sold to higher offer seller even they did not give you chance to offer you high , especially GEORGE REAL NAME SOMETHING ELSE BUT USED HUS NAME GEORGE IS MAIN PERSON WHO DESTROYED THE REPUTE OF HIS COMPANY, might be some thing going on inside deals This time they ruined my life in august 2022. I spent £1000s on broker fees ,solicitor fee etc I highly recommend please save ur self and tell others , don’t use them . If head office read this review I’m happy to see their heads about George and his team cheating people .

GoogleThe Slough Branch of Chancellors (Lettings) is totally disorganized. There is a lack of communication between the people and no one can give you information about the availability of the property. Firstly, they scheduled a viewing but later on they said that they do not have access to the building and cancelled the viewing. Apparently, the 'access' issue was a LIE because the next morning the property was already taken. Later on we received a call to schedule another viewing for the same property. We let them know that the property has an offer already. The next day they called us to finally confirm that the property is not available anymore. I will not use their services anymore!

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Slough chancellors lettings team! Bobby and his team are amazing as always and both properties were rented out swiftly. They were supportive and attentive at every step. Received updates weekly and we agreed a bi weekly follow up call. Easy to get hold off. Highly recommend using their rental services. GoogleJason Miller has been very helpful in our property finding journey. He understands our needs and recommends the right property to our requirements and also adjust calendars to tirelessly show us the property more than once when needed. He patiently listens to some of our smaller requirements without hesitation and answers all our queries which is what we expect from an ideal estate agent. I would definitely recommend anyone who is a first time buyer to trust him and he wont let you down.

Both Mitch and Katherine were very easily approachable, extremely professional and communication from both was best all the time. Mitch has been very professional , arrived on time and gave me a great tour of the property and kept me in loop with the updates. Although this time I couldn’t buy the property I was interested in, I won’t hesitate to use Slough Chancellors services for either buying or selling any future property. I could not recommend a letting agency any less. It is not clear to me that anyone at Chancellors understands the seriousness of being responsible for people's housing and how stressful the letting process can be. They simply do not care at all about tenants and will treat you quite hostilely.
